Dave's Hauling

Dave was extremely responsive and removed the material within 2 hours of first calling. Even swept area afterwards. Pricing was very good especially compared to other more mainstream providers. Just heads up that he only takes check or cash. Would definitely use him again.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an estimate. He gave me the estimate and we arranged a day/time to get the work done. He even texted me the evening before to confirm our appointment the next day. He and Ryan arrived on time and immediately got to work. They quickly removed the items that I had inside of the house and then proceeded to clean out the shed, after which Dave broom-swept it clean. They were both professional and courteous. It was a simple, smooth transaction - no drama. If I ever had the need for hauling services again in the future, I would definitely give Dave a call.

Dave and his employee did an awesome job removing my shed. I first contacted Dave my phone and then texted him pictures of the job. He stopped my house the same day to quote the job. I requested that he remove the shed two weeks later and we confirmed the day before. His responses were prompt by phone and text. He gave a window of arrival from 11 - 1, he called 12:45 to let me know he was on his way. The job was completed quickly and the area was completely cleaned before he left. His price was lower then everyone else. His communication was great and the job went very smoothly. I would use his services again!

This was rated an A+ Dave responded very quickly and the guys that came were very careful, polite and very nice.

In the span of one half-hour, Dave and his assistant filled a pickup truck with yard items ranging from used bricks, to (2) 4' by 2' cargo boxes, a broken concrete fountain, broken bird feeders, broken flower pots, etc., and from the inside, one of the oldest, if not an original of the metal microwave ovens made. The walls of the pickup were 3 feet high, and we used up all available space. I had called Dave on Friday and he arrived the next day, Saturday, at the time promised, and called before he arrived. When the job was done, his assistant even broom swept the driveway. It's unusual to say the least to get such great service these days, and particularly for something such as junk removal. I'm about to call Dave to remove junk from my business office in Glen Burnie because I liked the results so much.

Dave and his guys were great. They arrived when they said they would, got right to work and finished the job quickly. The whole crew was very courteous. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Dave was very professional and courteous. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather and our availability, but he was very easy to get in touch with and also very responsive. Along with being easy to contact he was also very punctual and kept me aware of when he would arrive for the project. Dave and his team came out and took care of the project in about 2 hrs. I would recommend him for any demo and hauling services that you may have.

Simply fantastic. Dave returned my call within a couple of days to set up for an estimate (worked completely around my schedule). He showed up, promptly, on the day/time we arranged. He provided me my estimate and we set up a day that worked for both of us for him to perform the job. He contacted me two days later to let me know that he had a cancellation and asked if my schedule would allow him to come by sooner, to which I agreed. He called me when he arrived (I was at work), asked if it was okay for him to do a bit of additional waste removal (and cutting down of some bushes). He did only what I stated was okay to remove. I arrived at home this afternoon and everything was completed, just as discussed and agreed. Again, fantastic, reliable, prompt. I will be contacting him again in the near future for some additional work.

They were able to come out to my house the day after I called them, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly. I'm very happy with their service!

They arrived as scheduled and delivered the service exactly as promised. They were meticulous, courteous and extremely professional. We recommend them highly!

This is the 2nd time we've used Dave's Hauling. He picks up the phone or calls back within minutes. He makes an appointment either next day or the day after at the most. This time, I forgot that I had a bunch of paint and didn't alert him before hand (paint has special rules for disposal). He had no issue. Also, this haul had a lot of smaller items so it was more labor intensive and took more time. He didn't charge me any more than his standard rate. He's friendly and the team is respectful. The first time we used him, the truck didn't get full and he worked with my wife to see what else we could take; even stayed around for her to call me and ask about some things. If you have a quick note to get things hauled out, this guy is the way to go. Everything is quick and easy and done in a professional manner.

The previous owner had left a large pile of junk behind a shed and it needed to go. I called and left a message, and 5 minutes later got a call back. As fate would have it, there was a cancellation and I was told the guys were making a trip to the landfill and would be here ASAP. Within an hour they were at my door. The items varied from an old lawnmower to two large posts used as a clothes line. The items were heavy, dirty and the guys had to carry them at least 100 yards from the back yard to the truck. The cleaned up all debris and even raked over the area to make it look pristine. I can now see why they are rated so high. I'd definitely hire Dave's Hauling again and recommend them without reservation.

Dave and his team did a great job. They were running behind schedule but he called in advance to let us know. Once there they were very professional, extremely fast and pleasant. They also helped to breakdown our old shed and load it on my husband's truck. Great work!

On time and professional service, we have used his services twice now and plan to hire him again. Very professional and courteous.

Dave was simply perfect in every way, starting with the polite and courteous estimate given over the phone to the actual hauling job. We called him on Friday and he was at our house promptly on Saturday morning as promised. Since we had run out of trash bags to bag two big piles of books he provided some and bagged the books at no extra charge. His pricing was great - at $135 for a full truck load, he came in lower than the "special deals" that were advertised. Dave is a gentleman too. It was a pleasure dealing him, and we will definitely use his services again in the near future. This was one of the best service experiences we have ever had.

The kind of service we received from Dave's Hauling (along with Cornelle, DJ & Kyle) is one of the main reasons I will alway stay with Angie's List. They should teach how to teach customer service to other firms. We had old tube tv's, beat-up chairs, unused office furniture, 50 pound bag of cement that had gotten wet, exercise equipment, car battery, etc, etc, on 2 floors that needed to be removed from our house--one of these days. We suddenly realized the one of these days had to be now. So I went on a search for someone to haul (through Angie's List of course) . I called several other companies, but never got the kind of response I got from Dave's. They all made feel like they were doing me a favor or that my questions were irksome. Dave responded to my questions clearly and concisely and quoted a very reasonble price. When we were attempting to set up a date (my fault for changing schedules), they stayed in touch by both phone and email. On the day, they found that their previous job was running a little long and called in a timely manner to make sure their slightly later arrival was convenient for me--believe me that was a first. When they arrived they went immediately to work. In fact, we were barely able to keep up with them--they finished each room so quickly!! They even shifted some furniture around for us--this chair to that room, that bookcase to another. They even took a few containers down from your garage shelves!! All of that and they were finished in about 40 minutes!! The entire time they were there, they asked is there anything else you need help with, what else can we do? They were fantastic!! I've used other companies for this kind of this in the past and will never use anyone but Dave's. As matter of fact, because of them, we've decided to do some major downsizing. I would certainly call him in a heartbeat if I still lived in the area and had stuff to get rid of. Hope I can find another Dave out here. I will certainly recommend him to family and friends in the Maryland area!

I rarely write reviews- but I wanted to today. We have used several different haulers over the years- and we have finally found a good one. Dave and his crew were professional, safe - and got the job done. And the price was great! It sounds so simple - but it has been incredibly hard to find a good, fairly priced hauler. I highly recommend him!!

Responded right away to my call. At first scheduled the pick up two days out but called back within the hour to say a truck had become available and could be there in a few hours. The truck arrived as promised. The two gentlemen were very polite, worked very quickly and the job was done in a very short time. The price was excellent compared to other quotes I saw for a full truckload. I will call Dave for any future hauling.

From estimate to final clean-up Dave and his collegues were professional, hard-working and customer focused. He constantly kept me in the loop as to when they would arrive for the estimate and to complete the work so I had time to adjust my work schedule. They completed the job exactly as quoted and were willing to help with a few unexpected items. If I need another similar job, I will call Dave to get it done. A+

The Best ! I was referred to Dave's Hauling from my neighbor. I called and Dave Gibson (owner) response right away. He and his crew arrived when they said they would, pick-up and cleared the area very professionally. I thought the cost was higher, but Dave corrected me and also gave me $5 discount as Angie's List customer. PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY. Highly recommended !!!!!!
