Description of Work: Excellent job by Mark and his team. The final product, a split rail fence around our backyard, was installed on time and at a fair price. We received several estimates and Mark's was very competitive. Job very well done.

Description of Work: The company was responsive to our phone call. Their price was $400 to $500 under that of another fencing contractor. We are very pleased with installation rapidity and finished product. A week after our fence was put up, a BGE subcontractor was cutting a neighbor's branch. It fell down on our fence and damaged it. I called Evergreen and they are running interference for us so we don't have to call BGE. I am very grateful.

+ 0 moreDescription of Work: Mark was a very nice guy but I feel he gave me an estimate that was at least double what the next lowest estimate was. I know he's got kids in college, but so do I ,and I thought his estimate was totally outrageous! I had the deck done by someone else and it is absolutely gorgeous! Furthermore, he built brand new steps which was not in Mark's estimate. His price was less that half of what Mark quoted. I'm sure Mark does a good job. I just want everyone to know my experience with him.
