It went very well.

Overall it went very well. Because there were gas lines in our back yard the work had to be perfect. I would definately recommend this builder. We have a beautiful deck. The builder even helped us move patio furniture onto the deck, and helped me retrieve my dog when I accidentally let her out of the house. He went the extra mile in every respect.

He was professional, but he came out about an hour late. It went well. I am thinking of calling him to have the work done.

Evergreen provided us a quote at the end of December 2009 and we agreed they would install the fence the week commencing 18th Jan 2010. They arrived punctually and completed the installation in the time they committed to, and to the higehst of quality. They proactively requested feedback to ensure the fence was installed as per our requirements and were careful to ensure they did not damage any of ours or our neighbors flower gardens and were deligent in cleaning up after themselves

The guy came when he said he would. He was really nice and he seemed fair.

For all three projects, Mark took time to meet with me about the specifics of the projects. We would plan a date for completion and the work was done as in the most professional manner.

They did a very good job. The only complaint that I have is that the latch from the gate fell out as it was not fixed well and I haven't informed them as yet. They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The two carpenters arrived each day at 8, worked all day, tearing out the old deck, putting in the footings, framing, and the actual deck. We were delighted with the care and craftsmanship these two workers displayed. They checked with us if there was any question, and they also would stop and talk with us if we had questions. They also took care of a few minor items for me. The deck is beautiful, and we love it. I was able to watch a lot of their work, and I was surprised not to see any plans or drawings. The workers have a lot of experience building decks and so did not always need detailed plans. They knew what to build and how it all went together. They cleaned up after the work was done, and took pride in what they had done. The finished on time.

The company did an excellent job in all three cases. First, Mark Dillon is a true professional with great pride in his company. He is personable and caring in his customer service and sets high expectations for his crew. My Dad had just passed away when I contracted for the deck and wasn't really focusing on the project. Mark told me not to worry about the deck, that he'd take care of the project which he did with utmost detail. The work on all projects was top quality and reasonably priced. In addition to being done on time, the projects were completed with equal attention given to cleanup and care for the finished product.

The fence estimate was competitive and fair. The job was done on time,the workers were nice, clean and professional. Both workers introduced themselves and were very polite and professional. I have done 4 jobs with Evergreen since 1996 and they have always completed the job to my complete satisfaction.

We wanted to add a second level to our existing deck and got three bids. Each contractor told us that our existing deck was not to code and could potentially be unsafe, so we decided to re-do the whole deck. Evergreen Fence and Deck was the only one of the three that gave us a written estimate right then and there when he came out to meet with us. He also spent a lot of time giving us options, and trying to help us figure out what would be best. We really appreciated how Mark gave options without any sales pressure at all. He never got frustrated as we tried to make up our mind. His was also the lowest price. We decided on Trex decking material because of the low maintenance, but did not want to spend the extra for the fancy railing, so Mark said we could do wood railing with the Trex on top. We absolutely love how it came out. His crew was able to start our project within three weeks of the date we first met with him. Then, they took down our old deck and built the new one in only two and a half days. We have been completely satisfied with the work!

Mark arrived promptly for the scheduled estimate time. He was very courteous and thoughtful when he came into the house, showing concern for my carpet because his boots were muddy. He was helpful in providing me with ideas for the fence plan, walked the property with me to discuss the job and he made me feel very comfortable when he answered questions from a novice like me. I contacted him afterward by telephone with some questions that my husband had after reviewing the estimate and Mark responded promptly over a weekend. The crew that performed the work arrived late the day of installation, without contacting me to explain why. They sent one crew member to bring back additional help once they arrived and saw the extent of the job. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing when asked. The foreman on the job was quite chatty. One of the lead workers was very helpful when I asked questions. The job took two days to complete which was what I had expected. I had made a special request that the fencing between us and our neighbor, who has two small dogs, be taken down and replaced on the same day as I didn't want to inconvenience my neighbor. Mark assured me that would be no problem and I discussed it with the crew when they arrived who did as I requested without question. The finished product was excellent and we were very pleased with their work overall. I did have to request that they return to stretch a wire that came untacked, fill holes from where old posts were removed and a few other small clean up items that were missed. However, they arrived promptly within a day of the request and finished the work accurately and as requested. Overall we are quite pleased with the job and our home looks terrific with the new fence.
