Not well. Double the cost of others. They were prompt. They soiled my carpets. I have yet to receive certification for install. They have yet to return to adjust. Even when I turn it up, hot water doesn't reach third floor bathtub.

The plumbers were extremely courteous and efficient. They completed the removal of the old boiler, and installed the new one in one day. Although they had to return to correct a minor malfunction in the equipment, but did so promptly and effectively.

The clog was definitely there and they did remove it. The problem was not fixed though, and when I called there was no apology nor any discussion of returning for free to actually fix the problem I'd paid to fix. There is still a sewage backup in the house and I can't afford to pay another company $500 to come fix it. I was also told that there would be one price and feel like the final price was way over what I was told, but I may have misunderstood. Also, they left 2 PVC pipes on the front lawn, I called and asked them to pick them up and they have not yet done so. On the other side, the guy who actually did the work did a good job, cleaned up after himself, and was a friendly guy.

The people that came to my home were not professional at all. They tried to cheat me so badly. They took advantage of the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioner was broken. They tried to charge me $750 for a test that could be done visually. Their business practices are very questionable.

They're a little hard to schedule, but they do good work.

I THOUGHT FOR THE LITTLE TIME THAT HE WAS IN MY HOME THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THAT. THE GUY WAS A NICE GENTLEMAN.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PLUMBER WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY, VERY RESPONSIVE, COMING OUT QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. WHEN THEY DID THE PLUMBING, THEY PUT A HOLE IN THE WALL. THEY NEVER CAME BACK OUT AND FIXED IT SO, I HAD TO PAINT THE HOLE MYSELF. THE JOB JUST WAS NOT DONE TO PERFECTION. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE MESS THEY MADE IN MY HOUSE.

INITIALLY IT WAS HARD TO GET A RETURN CALL. I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY TOOK A WHILE TO RESPOND BACK TO ME. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB WHEN THEY GOT HERE.

I LOVE JOHN C FLOOD. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THE WORK WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND EXCELLENT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SOME OF MY FRIENDS. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED.

SO FAR EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE, THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO COME WHEN WE CALLED. THE GUY FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND HAD IT FIXED IN NO TIME.

COMPANY SENT A VERY COMPETENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND HE SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN ORIGINAL TIME GIVEN. TECHNICIAN THOROUGHLY PERFORMED AN ASSESSMENT OF TROUBLE, TOLD US WHAT HE WOULD DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM, DID SO IN A TIMELY & PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. HEAT PUMP WORKED FINE. ABOUT 2 WEEK LATER I HAD SOME PROBLEMS AND HAD TO CALL THEM BACK. THEY FORGOT A CONNECTION, THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY.

THEY CAME AND REPLACED OUR HEAT/COOL PUMP FOR EXACTLY WHAT THEY ESTIMATED. THEY HAD SEVERAL BRANDS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT GAVE GOOD ADVICE ON ALL THE OPTIONS. THEY DID GREAT WORK IN MINIMAL TIME, WITH NO MESS. VERY GOOD.

THEIR PRICES WEREN'T THAT HIGH. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID EVERYTHING FAST. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T BRING A PATCH OF GRASS TO COVER THE FLOOR LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD AFTER DIGGING INTO THE FLOOR.
