While he gave us the estimate for the approach for the stairs, he recognized that the best solution was not a carpentry solution but a plumbing solution which we supported. He could have pushed the carpentry option, but he gave us a solution that would save us money, time, and resolved our spigot access situation at the same time. "Do not use this company. They will rip you off. The contract was for eight 300W LED 40 ft pole lights, but I caught them redhanded installing 240W. Who does that? Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."

"Terrible. Im extremely disappointed. The fans that were installed i have to repair myself as they wobble and make noise especially if on high speed. Also the fans looks like they will fall. Additional the ceiling lights the electrical didn't measure and are not by any means not aligned and crooked. I will have to reinstall these as well. I was trying to save some money but I am totally disappointed. Wasted my money and time."
