Mr Rob, was so friendly, very professional. He kept to time and he kept to his word. Even when he came to check the issue, he explained everything for me. And even fixed the issue without a short period of time. He also let me know how often I needed to service the furnace and gave me good tips on everything. The job was done a week ago. We are new to Central Air and they were very patient with our questions. They did a very thorough job inspecting our older unit. Parts were replaced and coolant added. Bob and Robb really worked well together, left everything spotless. Were also very patient with our dog. We will be using them for future work and would recommend to anyone.

The job was done this past June. Our basement is always cooler than main level, they figured out the switch not setting in a right way. A good job.
