After the company I usually use to do my annual HVAC inspections couldnâ t come out for over a month, I contacted Sweet Spot Home Services. I was impressed by all the great reviews for them, and I wasnâ t disappointed. I was able to get an appointment within the week. I had noticed that when I first turned on our furnace that I wasnâ t getting warm air, so I wasnâ t surprised when Robb Sr. informed me that my heat exchanger had a leak and had shut down. It could not be repaired so I decided to let them replace it, which they did several days later, after Robb Sr. came back with his son, Robb Jr., and helper, Bob, to do the work. They arrived within the time range promised, showed me where the problem was, explained what they were going to do, and completed the job that day. They were pleasant to work with, kept me informed about what needed to be done, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I was completely satisfied with everything about their service and will be using them to service my HVAC from now on.
