Very responsive to my inquiry for service, very flexible with scheduling my service, showed up on time, very courteous technician, I like that they applied to diagnostic to the cost of the service. Would like the cost breakdown post diagnostic to include parts price breakdown an service fees itemized.

Very prompt response on a Sunday morning. Came to the house within two hours of request. Assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend Sweet Spot HVAC for any of your repair needs.

My air conditioner was out. It needed a refill and they came even at 11 PM assessed the situation & fix it fairly and quickly.

They responded incredibly quickly and their price was great for what was needed, which was fairly extensive. When I needed to contact them with a quick follow-up question later that evening, I was able to speak with someone at 9pm that night. This type of customer service is not common these days! I hope that I don't need their services anytime soon, but if anything comes up in the future, they will be my first call.
