Robb of the Services responded my request immediately and was able to schedule an assessment in the afternoon. He found the problems and fixed them soon so our house is cooling down now. We did not need to wait until Sunday in this hot weather.

They didn't give me a large window on when they would a come over. They were awesome.

OMG, I have never been so impressed with the quick response after I visited the Home Advisor website. I was contacted right away by Sweet Spot Home Services, the repairman came out w/n an hour on a "SUNDAY," our a/c was repaired & the cost was reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

The gentleman was very professional and very thorough. He actually attended to my primary concern, and looked for other glaring issues to ensure no additional foreseeable problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone with air conditioning unit issues.

Rob came out at 9 on a weeknight and got our A.C. Running again. He not only fixed the issue, but heanswered all my questions and explained what he was doing every step of the way. It would have been a miserable night for my wife, our 3 month old baby, and our two dogs without Rob.

I like the fact that the owner showed compassion for me. I had just had surgery the day before and my ac went down the next day, he came out immediately and resolved the problem.

Extraordinary contractor, one that you seldom find. Very fair and honest. I was told I needed two new systems, Sweet Spot Home Services repaired one and replaced the other at half of what other contractors charged. If you are reading this review I would highly recommend this company!

Almost immediately after I submitted my request through HomeAdvisor, I was contacted by Robb and we set up an appointment for that afternoon. Robb showed up before our scheduled time which was a plus. He diagnosed my problem quickly after checking the whole cooling system. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. He showed me the most common failure points and explained that though I may not need some parts replaced now, they were well on their way towards failing in the not too distant future. He backed that up by showing me the current condition of the parts he referred to and they indeed showed advanced signs of wear, either by physical condition or by electrical reading. Robb quickly replaced all the required parts and got my cooling system back online. I was quite happy with the customer service provided and the lessons learned. Sweet Spot Home Services and Robb will be my first call if I ever need A/C work done in the future.

Very informative and effective

They came out on Sunday morning and didn't charge extra. They were courteous and looked at all of our other needs to provide an overall assessment. I will use them again as well as recommended them to my associates.
