Rob and Bob are wonderful. Not only were they very professional they tried to explain everything so that I half way understood. They are genuinely nice and caring people. After explaining my nightmare with the company that installed my brand new system, they felt my anguish and tried so hard to make everything right which they did. These guys are the examples of what anyone that works with the public in a service capacity should be like. That means as far as I''m concerned everyone else has a high bar to reach.

Robb and a partner this small business service in a manner that a good, successful business should be run. They were on time and right on the money in solving the problem with the unit and upfront with the cost, which was reasonable. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work. Robb has all the necessary credential and licenses needed to rely on as professionals. I wish them well - and I have no doubts that they will grow in this industry.

I can't say enough good things about Robb and Bob. The estimate they gave me for the work was by far the best price. When they arrived (on time I might add) they put down covers to protect the carpet, kept the area neat and left the work area exactly as they found it. The install was well done, all connections were neatly secured. The job was done in a totally professional manner from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Sweet Spot to my friends and family.

Excellent service

Robb was an experienced and very polite. He let my husband and i know what he was doing and explained everything, He listened to what we had to say and once heat was blowing from the vent he didn't intermediately leave saying "it's fixed" as others in past. Robb stayed until the job was done. I have and will recommend Sweet Spot Home Services to everyone and anyone I know! Robb is AWESOME!!!

Prompt, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

The service performed was for a Fall furnace check-up. Nothing to do with my air conditioning. I did, however, ask for a Maintenance and Service Agreement because I was so pleased with this company. They arrived when they said they would. That is very important and a bit unusual. Rob and Bob were very professional and courteous. They answered any and all of my questions. I was very pleased with them.

I talked to Rob on Saturday evening and came out on Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and amazingly was able locate the replacement part and install it the following Monday. He patiently explained the nature of the problem and I was very please with his courtesy, sensitivity and professionalism. I would use them again and recommend them to others

The representative was SUPER knowledgeable and professional. He was upfront about pricing and let us know alternative options so that we could make a completely informed decision.

Rob was extremely responsive when I posted my project. He came out promptly the next day and his service call fee was the most reasonable I've been offered all year. He's a true professional, even courteous and complimentary to the competitor who arrived onsite immediately before him. He was extremely informative and patiently answered any questions we had. He thoroughly examined my system specs/warranty and proposed the best solution for my situation--even when it meant he'd make less money on the job. He never rushed us to make decisions or tried to up-sell unnecessary extras. I hope to use him again and will definitely refer to friends and family.

I felt like they did care to do the best for the customer. From the first phone call, I felt comfortable that they would be accommodating to my time and that they were out to please the customer. That is getting to be a rare things these days!

Robb and Rob 2.0 were very cordial, took time to answer questions, and offered options for servicing both heating and A/C systems.

Sweet Spot Home Services was fantastic. We were having problems with our AC units - one was completely broken, the other was making strange noises. Sweet Spot Home Services called and came right away (within 24 hours) and they were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They immediately knew how to solve our problem, explained everything so we understood the process and then came to complete the project within a few days. They removed our two internal units and replaced them for two external units - they worked diligently and professionally and were done in 4 days. The entire time they were so friendly and professional - I am actually sad they are done because I liked having them around! The units look fantastic - so professional, they were even concerned about the sticker that came with the unit was a little crooked - that is how much attention to detail they have and how much pride they place on their work. The project was expensive but not more than any other company - I don't think we would have been as pleased with anyone else. We did get quotes from other companies before, but none gave us the confidence that Sweet Spot Home Services did. We had several workers for the duration of the project working at the same time - all were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We also love that they stand by their work and their product - they gave us a one year service plan and the units have a 10 year warranty. We will NEVER go to any other company for AC maintenance/repair ever again and will only recommend Sweet Spot Home Services. Thank you so much!!
