Rob came on a Sunday when the air conditioner died in my town home. Most of the repair technician's couldn't fit me in or weren't willing to come out on a Sunday but Rob called me at 9am on Sunday came out at 12:30 and was done in 30 minutes. I was impressed and I will from now on do business with him and his company.

Rob is extremely professional with rare customer service skills. He explained what I needed to keep my A/C running through the summer. I was so impressed I plan to hire them to replace my A/C and furnace in the fall.

I called at 7 pm and they got to me that night to repair the A/C. Rob and Bob know their stuff and are very quick, friendly, and professional. Thanks a lot guys.

Bob provided several options for our HVAC replacement or repair and we followed his recommendation and we are completely satisfied with the results. They work continuously until the service is completed. This is now our HVAC company.

Very professional!! Memorial day weekend we needed AC and it just froze up. Same day service even though they were very busy came out and recharge the AC. Gave me a great price even though we were 6lbs low on refrigerant. Other places would off charged 900 dollars or more and only cost us 500. Offered to work late if needed to get us up and running. Also find a leak and talked us through options. Never while I live here will I deal with anyone one else when it comes to HVAC needs. Even BGE home services said it would take a week before they could get here and they advertise 24/7 services.

They are well dress professionals, and they spoke English.

Robb and Bob worked on my two air conditioning units and heating systems which I had neglected for too long. Diagnosed a problem with a quick and inexpensive fix, were very professional and really nice. Will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Robb called and from the phone convo immediately explained the process and pricing. He and his associate arrived on time. Very professional and went right to work on the issues. Explained step by step what they were looking for and what they were doing. But even better took the time to explain in technical terms why and cause and effect.

I was immediately contacted by Robb and he came over to give me an estimate that day. He thoroughly explained what would be done and how it would be done. He never pressured me to go with Sweet Spot Home Services but made sure I understood what was involved (I really appreciated that). I did get other estimates (some higher and some lower) but I liked the way the way thing were explained and the fact that they are a local business. I called and set up an install appointment and they called me that day to notify me they were on there way and they arrived at the scheduled time. The installation went well and it has a very clean, professionally installed look. After the installation they cleaned up and explained how everything worked. Unfortunately, after a few days I ran into a issue and I contacted Sweet Spot Home services and they were quick to respond. I explained the issue and they immediately came back to diagnose the problem. They tested the functionality of different systems and discovered a part had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced (it happens). They gave me an estimated day on when they could get the part and do the replacement. They returned on that day and installed the part any my whole house humidifier has been working flawlessly. I have contact Sweet Spot Home Services since the install and they are always quick to respond. They are very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Thanks you guys.
