I originally contacted another HVAC company who gave me an incorrect diagnosis that the control board was defective and quoted me a replacement fee of $625. I decided to get a second opinion from Sweet Spot. Bob and Robb were very professional and correctly diagnosed that the thermostat was defective which I replaced for $70 and the furnace is now working properly. They saved me a ton of money and were very knowledgeable.

Very personable, professional and thorough. The service call didn't take long and they conducted a thorough inspection to ensure no other problems would arise. I was informed of any potential issues with no pressure to add on or make changes to the scope of work.

Within seconds of my call to Home Advisor, Robb called and was at my home within a couple of hours to address my leaking A/C. He was personable and professional and patiently explained to us the specifics about the problem. I had flushed the condensate line before his arrival, which didn't fix the leak. He also flushed the line, after which the leak stopped and examined the unit carefully. He declined to charge us, but we insisted on paying him and thank him again for being an exceptional professional. It felt more like a friend had stopped by. We highly recommend him and are happy knowing that we have him to turn to in the future.

Robb was very professional. I was out of town, 3 time zones away, but he scheduled a visit with my tenants the same day and kept me posted every step of the way. We did have to wait over a week for the new HVAC unit installation, but it was done in a timely and professional manner the day it was scheduled.

These guys were great! Called promptly to address our lack of AC (esp with this recent heat wave). Could fit me in same day even if that meant having to come very late in the evening to make sure we had AC ASAP. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it but also very personable. The house was a sauna but they made the whole experience very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone and already have.

Company representative arrived as scheduled and gave two courtesy calls before arriving at our home. Robb was very courteous and an utmost professional while fixing our AC on a Sunday evening, just hours after we called them with the issue. Work was done quickly and I would recommend their service to others!

Sweet Spot was a great company to work with! I called on Tuesday and they came Wednesday even though I just needed a routine check. They checked my furnace and A/C and gave me some more information on how my units worked, so I could be a more informed home owner. They told me some small fixes that needed to be done and did everything for a very very reasonable price. They waived the system check price because they were doing some maintenance as well! I would definitely recommend them as quality professionals for your heating and air conditioning needs!

I wish that all service people have the same attitude as this professional. He didn't not try to talk me into anything that wasn't needed for the unit.

Sweet Spot Home Services contacted me within minutes of me posting my AC problem on Home Advisor. Within 2 hours they were prompt in showing up at my home to diagnose my outdoor AC Heat Pump problem. I had called another AC repair company in my local area but was put on a waiting list for almost 2 weeks in the middle of July. Sweet Spot contacted my AC Manufacture and began the process of obtaining the request for the parts under warranty needed for my unit. Rob and Bob rescheduled on the spot and returned with the parts to fix my unit the following day. No waiting two weeks. I must say, they were very professional and courteous. I would use and recommend Sweet Spot Home Services again. They fixed my AC and now my home feels like a cool sweet spot again.

This company was great to deal with. I received a prompt response after hours on a weekend evening, with a service 1st thing on Monday morning. They seemed extremely trustworthy with no up sell! They simply diagnosed the problem, fully explained their recommendation, and repaired at appropriate cost. I would definitely use this company again.

If I could give more than five stars to this company I would. I'm old and have health issues. I needed repair to our A/C condenser which had been looked at the week before by a company that originally installed the system and has been in business more than sixty years. Robb, the service technician , has his masters license in several locations, located and repaired the problem the other company couldn't find. His response was immediate , pleasant , professional and in all First Class. The cost for the repair was reasonable for the work performed. I'm very satisfied with Robb and this company.

On Sunday afternoon our AC system stopped working. It was 90 degrees outside and reading 85 degrees on the thermostat inside the home. After making several call and receiving a few calls from other services; I was discouraged. I didnt believe anyone would have an appointment available for Sunday. I received a call from Robb who stated he could come out later in the evening. He gave a window between 7-8 and kept me updated throughout. When he arrived Robb was very proffesional and courteous. He displayed excellent knowledge in the HVAC field. Robb explained everything in detail. The price was very reasonable. I would happily refer anyone to Sweet Spot! Our house is now very cool and comfortable. We appreciate the prompt service and most of all the wonderful customer service.

This team is great. I needed an HVAC replacement and they were the 3rd of 3 quotes I sought and while not the cheapest, were not the most expensive. I had a "complicated' job and it involved removing a water heater (which I had them replace anyway as it was just as old as the HVAC). The point they had me was when I was provided options at the estimate phase. They provided me with 4 options at 4 different price points with corresponding efficiency and came in "blind" knowing I had 2 other quotes; 1 from a company that is not the same a regulated utility and another from "a guy who knows a guy". They gave me a rational time frame of 4 days of work to complete as there was a possibility of complications ( a wall needed to be "modified") but completed it in 3 days. They worked through a massive downpour, endured a 130 lb dog constantly bugging them and the only true delay was some customization needed to the duct work. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars on quality is because of carpentry; my only critique is that they do not have a skilled carpenter in their "bag of tricks". A furnace/A/C sized hole needed to be cut into a wall for the install. (this wasn't "required" but it does make servicing or future issues a normal job and not complicated). An access panel needed to be put in that doesn't look out of place. This was not a problem for me as I have the tools and skills (and don't mind doing it) and it made their job, which was my primary problem, of getting a new system installed, much easier and faster. Rob, Rob v2 (Rob's son), Bob and Stephanie were awesome beyond awesome and come with my highest recommendation. This is to the level that I gave them a trailer (seriously) I don't know if they are using it, but if they show to your place with an unusual looking enclosed trailer, it came from this writer.

Called Robb up on a Wednesday afternoon and he set me up for an appointment between 1 and 3pm on Thursday. He showed up about 2pm and gave his assessment to my roommates. Information was passed on and he was back out in that same evening. Very upfront with the work that needed to be done, the processes that needed to be done as well as the pricing for everything. In addition, he and his co-worker Bob were both knowledgeable about their craft and were both quite willing to educate me on how AC Systems work, the status of my system, ventilation and other bits and pieces that I just didn't know but can apply to keeping things running and more comfortable in the future. Reason for lack of a perfect score is a simple matter of it not being free. All this being said, I would highly recommend these guys. They know what they're doing and are more than willing to do the right thing by the customer.

Very prompt, courteous and pleasant, a/c is running well so far, one week after repairs - despite being a very old unit.

Not knowing what to expect, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work performed by Rob and Bob. I wish I knew of their company earlier, I would have been using them instead of some others. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and they didn't mind explaining everything in a professional manner. thumbs up on this one!
