They were professional. Gave me an estimate the first day and I called them back a few days later to let them know I had the money and was ready to get the job done. They finished in one day. I was thrilled.

Robb and Bob were prompt, polite, and true professionals. Inspection and diagnostics of my AC units determined the need for a capacitor for each - nothing more nothing less. Info provided was thorough and honest. Hoping I don't need to call them for a while, but if I have an HVAC issue they are definitely my new go to guys!

The pro recommended couldn't come out that day so I called Sweet Spot Home Services from the list of other pros recommended. Rob answered and said he could come that night even though he had 3 customers in front me who were a considerable distance away. He came and my AC is working fine now. I was so happy to have Rob & Bob from Sweet Spot Home Services come out to repair our A/C. These guys are awesome! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and very personable! They were able to break things down “Fischer Price” style for us, explaining, even provided a photo of the problem we were having. I’m happy to report the A/C works better than it did when it was new. I look forward to Rob & Bob returning in the fall to spot check our furnace for the winter. I neeeded repair of my A/C unit not a new system at the moment. They worked with me and within my budget. Robb explained what they were doing and how much this was going to cost. He is very knowledgeable.

Robb was very responsive when during our initial phone conversation, he identified that I needed to contact the gas company to ensure that I did not have an actual gas leak. Once that possibility was eliminated, Robb and Bob promptly came out the next day, right on time. They conducted a comprehensive inspection of my furnace and AC unit, explained their findings, made the recommended repair, and provided all of this to me in detail, in writing. The apparent years of knowledge and professional approach helped to increase my comfort level in working with a company that I was not really familiar with, other than the numerous positive reviews that I had read. Their rates are very competitive and their work ethic is impeccable. It was a pleasure meeting both Robb and Bob who demonstrated superior customer service. Robb, the tech responded within minutes of being in the Home Advisor list for my request. He gave me a window and called me back with in an hour and was right on time. I was hiring him for my clients - I am a real estate broker. My clients words were, "Great person, great company." Nothing else needs to be said.

Rob called me under a minute to find out what the problem was and came out the next day to fix it. He was very professional. He also was able to identify what the issue was with my furnace thereby fixing it in no time. The problem was so small and easy to fix that he did not charge me for it. He only charged for the standard service call fee for coming out. I would definitely recommend him!
