My air conditioner went out on Friday Evening. I found Sweet Spot Home Services on this website. The vendor called immediately after I put in the request online. He came ON TIME on Saturday afternoon. He did not charge me any weekend surcharges. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. My air conditioning motor had to be replaced which he did. He also advised me of issues that I might have to deal with in the future. I would highly recommend using the Sweet Spot Home Services. If I need any additional heating or air conditioning services , Rob will be my fist call.

Rob called me immediately concerning my A/C system and scheduled to come out in the morning. My A/C was not producing cold air, it was warm. I was frustrated because this was a continuous problem that I've been having for years. Last fall, I had a company come out and they replaced with .5 lbs of R-22. They stated that was the only problem, it didn't fix the issue but it was getting close to the end of fall when the A/C gets shut off. Rob found that one of the element relays was broken, turning the heat and A/C on at the same time when the A/C is turned on. This was also causing high bills. Rob disconnected the relay and the A/C is very cold. I am grateful that he responded to my homeadvisor request, I will recommend Sweet Spot in the future.

Great guy that came to fix my unit. I called someone from craigslist and I will never do that again. I wish the cost for service was just a smudge cheaper.

I had a leaking air conditioner and not enough cool air blowing through the vents. Robb was able schedule service the same day even on a Sunday. He was on-time, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I was given a complete diagnostic of my a/c unit. Robb was able to solve my immediate problem with ease. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. I initially hired another contractor who failed to show up when they said they would, or call to explain the delay. Sweet Spot called the morning of my appointment with the other company and I told them I would call back if things didn't work out. Needless to say, I CALLED BACK. Sweet Spot was able to come out the same day and arrived at my house within an hour of speaking to them. They promptly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price that included an optional one-year service contract. Very professional, reliable and fair.

Absolutely wonderful company. Sometimes it's best to go with a smaller company because you get the professional customer service we once received back in the day. Robb is very knowledgeable and I consider him an expert. His price was competitIve and less expensive then the chain stores. I don't give good reviews unless I'm pleased so I recommend him.

The contractor by the name of Robb came to my home was simply the best!!! He was very knowledgeable of what we needed upon arrival. He was also very helpful I have already recommended his services to a friend. The response time was great !!!! The customer service was also commendable.

Robb is not only the best technically, but he is extremely customer focused. He is pleasant and honest. I recommended him to a neighbor who was having trouble and he went immediately to her home after completing my work (and this was on a Sunday late afternoon) !!!
