As part of replacing our kitchen countertops, we had a new kitchen sink installed that required the drains to be reconfigured. I contacted several plumbers to get an estimate to install a new kitchen faucet, reconfigure and reconnect the kitchen sink drains, reconnect the dishwasher drain, install new garbage disposal, and replace the kitchen shut-off valves. Ron was the only one who came to the house to look at what needed to be done before providing me with his price for the work. Others gave me a general estimate over the phone, or said they would charge to come out to provide an estimate, or said they would provide an estimate on the date I wanted the service performed. My wife and I chose Ron to do the work and scheduled a 9:00 appointment. Ron arrived promptly on-time and proceeded to tackle the job. As this was not a time and materials job, Ron took his time in determining how to properly rearrange the sink drains...he commented that the original installation was improperly installed as the drain was flowing upwards rather than downward for one of the drains (which explained the poor drainage). Ron kept the work area clean, tested his work for any leakage, and cleaned the area before leaving. Several hours after Ron left, I checked under the sink and noticed a droplet on the hot water line and contacted Ron. Ron returned to the house the next day and addressed the issue. My wife and I are very pleased with the professional workmanship and demeanor exemplified by Ron and would not hesitate to call upon him to address any future plumbing issues that might happen.

I discovered that the carpet in my closet behind my bathroom was soaking wet. I didn't hear water running, the closet wall was dry to the touch and there was no water on the bathroom floor. Ron sent out a plumber and plumber's helper. Before starting any work, I was told that they needed written permission to break into the drywall and that they didn't do drywall installation. That was OK with me. They tarped off the work area and set about finding the leak. They began at the bottom just above the toe molding and worked their way up. Unfortunately, the leak was just under the elbow joint from the attic down into the wall. They repaired the pipe, vacuumed up the drywall dust and debris, and hauled out the tarp. They also advised me that the wood in the walls would need a few days to dry out before I set about replacing the drywall.

I called in the morning for same day service to fix a leak and they provided a 2 hour window. The servicing plumber called me near the beginning of the service window to let me know he was on his way, then the main office called back 10 minutes later to make sure the plumber had contacted me. The job was completed quickly and the plumber even tightened another faucet that he noticed was loose when he was testing the water flow. In addition, the plumber provided tips for making emergency fixes when a plumber isn't available. Excellent customer service!

This is the second time that I've used Ron. Both times I was extremely satisfied. This time I called Ron The Plummer and it as Friday before the Memorial Holiday weekend and they worked me in. I was extremely happy. The techician was very professional and explained everything he was going to do inside and out .

This is the second bathroom done for me by Ron Wells. My comments from last time still apply. New tile work in shower tub surround and on floor looks great. Worker was efficient, competent, and speedy. Price was right. I am extremely satisfied.

They were prompt and courteous. They did a good job.

They replaced my pressure-reducing valve. Very punctual and professional. The plumber, Ron (but not the owner, who is also named Ron), checked out a couple of other problems and gave me a heads-up about a potential leak that was covered by my home owner's warranty. When I called a month later for a slight adjustment to the water pressure, they came back out and adjusted it for free. Very positive experience. I would definitely call them again for any issue.

I was very pleased with the work that Ron the plumber and his staff have done for me. I have more plumbing work that needs to be done, and I intend to contact him to do the work.

It did not go well. They misdiagnosed the issue which resulted in calling the wrong type of provider to correct the problem.

Responded promptly to an emergency the preceding day and installed temporary patch enabling cold water. Did the remainder of the work the next day. I have used this company before and have always been very satisfied.

Went very well. My husband stayed home for the repair and says that the plumber was professional and cordial. The plumber also made an adjustment to the bathroom shower faucet and didn't charge us for it! He installed the garbage disposal and faucet/spray assembly in a timely manner. We have used Ron the Plumber exclusively for our plumbing work for all of the years we've been in this house and have never had any problems with them. They respond right away and the prices seem to be reasonable, since we haven't worked with anyone else in recent memory.

Ron was flexible and accommodating for scheduling. This was a home warranty repair and not all contractors are nearly this nice. His tech Greg was a very nice efficient young man. He was timely. He did a great job, made no mess and was very professional. I was EXTREMELY pleased.
