Description of Work: They repaired the tub paint that was bubbled/peeling. The previous homeowner had payed for the service and it was still under warranty. The company responded quickly & made the repair.

Description of Work: I had an antique pedestal tub refinished. They did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the outcome. Be aware that they do not pick up and deliver so if you have work done at their shop you need to provide you own transportation for your tub.

Description of Work: Something flew up and cracked my vinyl window frame, a couple of months ago. Because the weather had to be at least 50 degrees and sunny, it took awhile before they were able to come and repair it (I sent pictures of the damage). Javier was very friendly and professional and completed the repair easily. And, although he said it had to dry for 45 minutes or so it actually started lightly raining after 30-35 minutes. However, the repair held up and looks good. He was very neat in his work, as well.

They did what they could!
Description of Work: Since I was out of town when the work was performed (tub-tiles and Floor) for most of the work, I left the keys for PTR to come ans go as they please. They were very responsive and also brought in the packages that I had been delivered during my abscence. The tiles which were reglazed were old and showed some imperfections, when reglazed. When I brought this to PTR's attention, the latter made all attempts to and rectified the small imperfections, but not all. I had pointed out that the floor needed to be corrected, they claimed it was fine.... It also seems that there might be a disconnect between employees and the gentleman who came to inspect. Nevertheless, PTR were somewhat professional.
