+ -1 moreOverall, my experience with this company was excellent. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to clean my gutters. I will be utilizing their services again in the very near future. It is refreshing to deal with someone who is genuinely interested in the satisfaction of the customer.
Description of Work: I contacted this company on May 23, 2012 and requested an estimate regarding getting my gutters cleaned. I spoke with "Dina" and she proceeded to ask me a few questions regarding the size of my home, etc. She was very professional and took her time explaining the details regarding the estimate and when the work would be scheduled. During that conversation, I advised her that I would like to get on the schedule. She told me that, barring any unfavorable weather, she could have my gutters cleaned within the next couple of days. She also gave me a very reasonable price and assured me that it would be no more than $119. I asked her to have the crew contact me before they came because I would like to be at home. On May 25, 2012, I was contacted by "Seigfried" and he told me that he would be at my home between 2:00 and 4:00 pm and he arrived around 3:30 pm with two other individuals. After informing me that they were here, they went promptly to work on my gutters. My gutters were in pretty good shape and they completed the job in thirty minutes. As they were cleaning, Seigfried advised me that I should replace one gutter hose (because it had holes in it). He also placed stones around the based of one of my downspouts where the soil was eroding. He told me that this would break up the flow of the water so that it wouldn't run in just one spot (which was causing the erosion). When he gave me the invoice for the job, the total price was $89. You can imagine my surprise!!! He stated that my home was not as large as they had thought so the costs was lower. Who wouldn't love that the cost was lower than expected???? I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and I recommend highly.
