I've used Petria before for gutter cleaning. The gutter cleaning went just fine as did the power wash. The lawn clean up was poor, with large branches still on my lawn when the job was finished. I called and had them come out to finish the job. They did, but then charged me for the lawn work a second time. After I complained, they said I could ignore the new invoice. Other work that I'd asked them to do: mulching, weeding, lawn reseeding, and dryer vent cleaning -- which they'd said they were going to give me a price on, they never did price out, despite repeated requests.

If i could submit 0 stars I would. They repaired my roof and i was initially impressed with how quickly they had responded. The repair however did not hold for more than a couple of months but because they have a satisfaction guarantee I was not concerned. They then decided that we needed to replace the roof and they would deduct the repair costs. We agreed on a price and then they gave me the run around for over a month. I now have significant water damage in the house and they after a month of postponing the start date said that they could not confirm a start date and I should find another company. They agree to reimburse my original repair costs and they have also not done that! i have now paid for a repair that did not work and have additional water damage because of their unprofessionalism and incompetence. Please don't waste your time or money and save yourself the aggravation by hiring someone else.

Professional, hassle-free service done well, exactly as promised. I really appreciate the convenience of arranging to have the roof gutters cleaned (and with huge trees over my house, I need this service often) when I am at work, and then paying by check or credit card. The debris from the roof gutters is always neatly bagged and sitting off to the side of the driveway - I use it for compost.

We appreciated the fact that Petria did not charge us for this follow-up and that its crew member left a handwritten note explaining what the problem was. Thank you!

They are inexpensive compared with other people we’ve had for gutter cleaning. They were very good. They came and they were gone quickly.

They do a great job. I’ll grade them high. They come out a couple of times a year. Soon, I’ll get them to go up there again. They were very professional. They knock on the door and tell me what they were doing. They clean up the area. They put the stuff in bags and had it ready to go out.

After having issues with scheduling gutter cleaning with this company (I scheduled service; they didn't show up in the promised time frame), they contacted me to address the issue. The company has really improved their responsiveness. And my gutters are clean!

Petria did an Excellent job! I needed my gutters cleaned and they did that....along w/cleaning the gutter on the very large awning i have over my deck. They called me at my office to let me know that they had been to my house...cleaned the gutters, bagged the debris, and that they were finished. I would use them again and have recommended them to several family members and friends.

I asked them to give me an estimate on the patio because they were very efficient when they cleaned the gutters -- reasonable price, and they bagged the debris, unlike Aerotech which I used previously, who just threw everything on the lawn for me to clean up. Sigfried gave a good price for the deck removal and patio work. It is a small patio, about 6'x10'. The work was completed as I requested within a few days and i am quite happy with the way it turned out. It is very nice. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called Petria Saturday, 23rd and left a detailed message for the work we wanted. The returned my call on Monday 25the and gave me the price and said I didn't need be home for them to do the work and would leave the invoice in my mail box. They came on Wednesday 27th. The estimate process was easy and quick. I was specific about wanting a repair that would subsequently be low-maintenance, because the poor design of the house causes trim deterioration to be a recurring problem. Siegfried made suggestions about how a low-maintenance, good-looking result could be achieved. He came back out to drop off samples of materials so that I could be sure the color matched the requirements of my homeowner's association. They went out of their way to find a material that matched the color and textures of the trim, resulting in a very clean-looking, painting-free surface. The existing wooden trim, in various states of disrepair from "needs paint" to "dry-rotted away" was replaced where unsound, and all the wood surfaces were sheathed in aluminum. The combination of my southeast exposure with a house design that doesn't encourage quick water runoff has meant that previous trim repairs start to show wear within a few years. I think the odds are good that the metal sheathing, which looks very clean and fresh now, will retain its tidy look for years to come. The work was done quickly after I accepted the estimate, and well. The workmen left no trace of debris behind.

Cleaning all the gutters on this building requires a ghastly amount of work and attention, and Siegfried's crew did an outstanding, energetic and thorough job. This is the best cleaning I've seen in my decade of fretting about these particular gutters. The company responded swiftly to my initial query and, again, swiftly, when I contacted them to set up an appointment. Allowing for a bit of getting caught in traffic (which happens when moving around that part of the city), they arrived at a reasonable time. Then Siegfried and his two colleagues went at it with great energy and patience. I was worried about the gutters high on the third floor of the building front, so Siegfried made an extra pass at them and took pictures after cleaning them to assure us that all was well up there. The crew un-stopped a particularly gunky side gutter, and when old leaves and debris showered down on the walkway below, the crew cleaned up nicely. It was a hot day, but the crew worked hard. Siegfried was particularly helpful in talking to us about some of the perennial problems we've had with the gutters. It was the most sensible conversation about these problems I've had. He climbed up to the very top of the building and diagnosed (with photographs) one malfunction as arising from kooky renovation on the adjoining building. He also examined a badly slanted component of a window sill, figuring out just what might be done, and he came up with a new and quite plausible analysis of a leak that's been troubling the back of the building for several years. I was very impressed, very grateful and will call him again.

Siegfried called the next day to schedule the appointment. Said he had other work scheduled near my neighborhood and offered to do the work that day. Cleaned the gutters, flushed the downspouts and connected downspout drainage hose to the gutters with screws. Left the invoice at the door.

Overall everything went great. My family has been using WE Love to Work for a couple of years now. Sigfried has always been very professional in all aspects of the jobs he has completed.
