We had them install the whole system with the sensors, motion detectors and everything. We had a positive experience with him. He was prompt and came when he said he would and installed everything. He answered our questions and walked us through how to set up our code and tested it. He explained to us what to do if the alarm went off and he cleaned up after himself.

We set up an apointment with the sale person and he did not show up. After we finally, caught up with the manager they agree to reschedule but could not come before 10 a.m. (weekdays) or after 3 p.m. on a Saturday. There was no flexibility to accomodate our schedule. So they asked me questions over the phone and send me an estimate. It was very expensive for the monitoring fee (double the competition) and added maintenance fee for equipment that was theirs. Their sensors also are not designed for double hanged windows which is the kind that we have.

They were great. They came and stayed the whole day. They had a nice follow up. This was very good. The few times I set it off in the morning, due to not being awake they were nice about it. Everyone I checked made them the better price. One thing that made them different is they are a hard wired system. We will continue to use them in the future.

In general I thought they were OK. The system and service has been fine. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant and efficient. I don t think he gave me all the information. He didn t install something, but didn t tell me why. I have no comparison for their prices. Until I decide to change, I will continue to use them.

Install was fine, I just didn't know I was signing my life away. See, they have what I believe is a sneaky clause in their contract called an evergreen clause. Basically it says that unless you write to cancel within x days of contract termination, the contract will automatically renew another year. And there is no getting out of the contract, the fees for the whole year of service are guaranteed by that clause. So, I believe they stick that in the fine print hoping you won't notice, therefore I'm shouting it from the hilltops to get the word out. If you or anyone you know is considering going with Brinks (or likely any national alarm monitoring service) tell them you're not signing any contract with an auto-renew clause!

Awful. We called national ADT and they connected us to the Lanham office which is our local office. A representative was scheduled to come out. She never showed up, nor called. After repeat phone calls, still no return call. The "manager" was called and he did not return our call. We called the national office back and they scheduled another representative from that office to come out the following week. In the meantime the original rep called four days later asking to reschedule! He showed up (a bit late) was nice enough and we filled out the contract. He then called back the next day and told us he made a mistake and the price was about 400 dollars more expensive and couldn't explain why and contradicted himself several times. We spoke to the manager again and he offered no help.

Every aspect of their service was excellent. The sales representative was on time and explained everything completely. The installer arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and gave a very good training presentation. An adjustment had to be made to the original work order and that was made without any additional cost. I would recommend this company very highly. We are very pleased with our new system.

We have used Brinks for years. They are always very professional and give us good advice on keeping our home safe and crime free. They definitely are well worth the money we pay for the system and my home feels very secure.

This company employs people to go around and patch holes caused by their installation of systems. They leave damage behind which they expect the consumers to take care of on their own.

ADT Security Services has provided us with good solid protection. I like that they respond almost immediately and that we are hooked in to the police and fire stations. They have all of the new modern technology at their fingertips to provide people with good service. We pay a monthly fee.

I feel secure with Brink's. They are comparable in their fees. I have had a incident were there was a false alarm and they called right away. Other than that one time, we have had no problems.

I appreciated the fact that after it was installed, someone came out to make sure I was happy with the job. They are also quick to respond to false alarms. The price I pay per month is fair for the security it gives my family.

Pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson; the installer came on a Saturday and found ways to install the system without deviating from the original plan despite our having a finished basement. Great experience and we have not had a false alarm yet. It cost $350 for the alarm: Four doors, a motion detector, smoke detector, LCD keypad, and a wireless key chain on/off switch. It cost $350 for the alarm/smoke detector monitoring for a year.

THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE. I BOUGHT ALL MY ALARMS FROM THEM, AND THEY INSTALLED THEM FOR A GOOD PRICE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR ALARM SYSTEM.

VERY GOOD COMPANY, THEY CAME IN AND INSTALLED THE SYSTEMS WITHIN THE AGREED TIME FRAME AND ESTIMATE. THEY LEFT US WITH A VIDEO TAPE FOR US TO WATCH SO WE WOULD KNOW HOW TO RUN THE ALARMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

REALLY HAPPY WITH THERE MONITORING SERVICES. WHEN THEY INSTALLED MY SYSTEM THEY EXPLAINED TO ME STEP BY STEP HOW MY ALARM SYSTEM WORKED. I CAN CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AND THEY WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE.

I WOULD SAY THIS IS A ALRIGHT COMPANY. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. BUT, WHEN THERE ARE A LOT OF POLICE AROUND THE SYSTEM CONSISTly GOING OFF. IT GETS REAL FRUSTRATING. AND IT TAKES A WHILE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. SO IT CAN GO OFF FOR TWO HOURS.

I DON'T DISLIKE ANYTHING I APPRECIATE THE WORK THAT THEY DO. WHEN I FIRST GOT HERE I PUT THE KEYS IN THE BOX AND THEY CALLED ME TO INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY. THEY RESPOND TO THE ALARM IN A HURRY. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR FIVE YEARS.

I FOUND IT MUCH BETTER WITH OUR PREVIOUS COMPANY. THE ONLY THING IS WE HAVE NEVER HAD A MALFUNCTION. THE PRICE IS MORE REASONABLE THAN OTHER COMPANIES WE HAVE CHECKED.

NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH SYSTEM AND THE BEEP IS VERY LOUD AND WAKES EVERYBODY UP AND WE AREN'T EVEN SURE HOW TO USE IT. IT IS GOOD FOR MAKING SURE THE KIDS STAY IN THE HOUSE BECAUSE IT BEEPS EVERY TIME SOMEONE GOES OUT OR IN, BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE DON'T REAL

ONE OF THE KIDS FORGOT THE PASSWORD & THE COMPANY CALLED MY HOUSE. THE KIDS DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SO THEY SENT THE POLICE TO THE HOUSE. I WAS HAPPY THEY DID THAT.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BRINKS HOME SECURITY. THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE IN CALLING US WHEN THE SYSTEM IS ACTIVATED AND THEY HAVE COME AND MADE REPAIRS IMMEDIATELY AFTER REQUEST.

BRINKS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR HOME SECURITY FOR MANY YEARS. WE HAD OUR FIRST PROBLEM THIS PAST YEAR WHEN A DOOR ALARM STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY. SOME WIRES HAD WORN OUT, AND HAD SEVERED. BRINKS CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEKS TIME, REPLACED THE BROKEN PIECES, AND CHECKED OUT THE REST OF OUR SYSTEM. EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT NOW.

THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY HOOKED UP THE SYSTEM AND SHOWED US HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE.
