Description of Work: They installed my outdoor lighting both front and back and now I have a maintenance contract with them where they come and check the lights every 3-4 months to make sure the fixtures are working properly and they replace any bulbs that are no longer functioning. Sometimes a tree will grow and it will require working on the wires to a particular fixture, etc. They do whatever is needed to maintain my system. My system was installed approximately 14 years ago.

Description of Work: They restored the lights on our front walkway and a replaced a broken light timer. They came out on 4 different occasions but I think the work could have been completed in 2 or 3 visits if they had the right equipment, and qualified person available at the time of the visits. I liked them but they did not give me a final price before doing the work and I found their bill confusing and their end price a bit high.

+ 0 morethe end result is great. All of my concerns were met along with some new ideas presented for me to consider.. I was assured if anything needed to be moved or redone there would be no problem. I have also used there master electrician on staff and I enlisted them to install a generator--due to our constantly losing power.!!
Description of Work: I currently have a lightning design that Outdoor Illuminations did for me 11 years ago. I wanted to freshen up the current lighting design so I had a member of their team, Matt, come out and listen to my ideas. He then came up with a proposal which I am extremely happy with and I enlisted them to update my lighting design.

+ 1 moreThe first repairman they sent was NOT one of their more highly skilled workers. While he arrived promptly and was polite and hardworking, he was clearly in over his head. I called the main office; they dispatched one of their senior workers promptly and he finished the job very quickly. They did not charge me for the services of the first repairman, who could not fix the problem.
Description of Work: Outdoor Illuminations came to check my outdoor landscape lighting. They replaced bulbs, broken fixtures, and checked and repaired the wiring on one segment of the lighting.
