+ -1 moreI contacted Orchestrated Moves based on a referral from my realtor. I need to downsize from a house in which my family had lived in for 33 years. The women from Orchestrated Moves, especially Robin Kurtzman, came repeatedly o help organize, sort, donate and haul away items. The owners Xan and Cindy have a proven plan to get the job done from the initial interview, to moving day when a team arrives, to empty boxes, and set up the house.
Description of Work: -Initial interview to discuss project -Multiple visits to assist me with packing and organizing. -Setting up interviews with moving company representatives. -Being present on actual moving day to oversee movers -Organizing new house -Follow up visits as needed

+ -1 moreShe did a great job, was very encouraging, made the decision-making process manageable and fun and she was a great help in making our move as stress free as possible. i highly recommend Alexandra (Xan) and Orchestrated Moves.
Description of Work: Alexandra (Xan) helped to unclutter cabinets, carried boxes up and down stairs as needed for disposal, hauled stuff away to gift to a non-profit, organized and packed small items to be preserved, and much more. She has a good eye for sorting and organizing the myriad items in our house.

I will admit to feeling stubborn when I first met them, thinking I could handle these moves myself, but after working with them for just a few sessions I came to understand how thorough and efficient they are and their experience was invaluable. They were very knowledgeable in helping me choose the best movers and everything was executed precisely on schedule. And they were Truly unflappable when I ended up with heart surgery in the middle of the process! They brought me my mail and kept me apprised of all of the progress so that when I was released from Rehab, I walked into my new Apartment Completely set-up and perfectly arranged as if Id been living there for months! Orchestrated moves has continued to be reliable for me for over 3 years. Bottom line: They care.
Description of Work: These great ladies managed to help me designate my belongings for storage vs moving with me vs disposal. They were very meticulous regarding personal items and things that were important to me. They helped me execute the TOTAL clearing of my home in order to put it on the market for sale and helped me move to a temporary apartment while I was waiting for my ultimate home to be ready. And then they deftly moved me AGAIN! I continue to rely upon their periodic services to keep my place organized and my important paperwork in order.
