I cannot speak highly enough about Cindy and Orchestrated Moves. We left virtually every logistical aspect of our move from D.C. to California in their hands and they managed it all, and dealt with the movers for us, down to the smallest detail, perfectly and without a hitch -- and all in the middle of the pandemic, and with complicated issues to deal with like fine art and antiques. In fact we were already on the West Coast on the day of the D.C. move, and they managed the entire thing without our even being present. We put our full trust and faith in them and they delivered 100% and made the whole process easy for us. I give them my highest possible recommendation.

Orchestrated Moves is a spectacular company. Every person was kind, thoughtful, responsive, responsible and warm. Moving is often a difficult experience physically and emotionally. Orchestrated Moves paid attention to both the components of my move. They left my old office empty and clean; they helped me to decide what items were trash and what others could use; they brought the items for use to people who could use them; they brought items to the shredder; finally, they helped me hang pictures and mobiles in the new office. All questions were respected; no detail was left out.

Very smoothly! Xan had helpful suggestions about what to do with what, she organized a complicated combo of packing and shipping multiple items, including artwork, to several destinations. The packing and moving teams were thorough and professions. It was a huge relief to have them in charge and it made a very difficult job easy. I would hire them again in a second.

Cindy and crew are simply marvelous. No, no, wait: unbelievably marvelous. I couldn't have made a better choice: competent, compassionate, creative, And flexible, reasonable, and understanding. They knew what could be donated (and where to donate), what could be sold (and offered to sell it), and what had to be scrapped. They organized everything, leaving me to only have to go through the papers (boxes and boxes) my friend left. It was a very emotional and difficult time for me and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it with Orchestrated Moves. I plan to hire them for myself when I next move. You will be lucky and grateful if you do the same. ,

Absolutely wonderful experience with this team - they were supremely organised, thoughtful and sensitive to all the emotion around the task of clearing out my childhood home. They had great ideas about where to send things, what to keep, how to store stuff and how to minimise cost and our environmental footprint. Some things were moved to my mom's apartment - this was done with a minimum of fuss and the team arranged them beautifully. I would happily use Orchestrated Moves again to organise other areas of my life! Highly recommended.

Cindy and her team did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We used Orchestrated Moves for two project connected with the sale of our home. First, the team helped us declutter before sale by helping me sort through years of accumulated “treasures”, boxing them, hauling them away and/or arranging for them to be donated/trashed, depending on what was appropriate. They have contacts for everything and took care of it all. Second, when we sold our house in the middle of the pandemic shut down, Cindy worked a miracle and coordinated the donation of rooms full of furniture to a local thrift shop, the transfer of some specialty items to interested buyers and the disposal of all remaining trash - all while donation centers and the County dump were closed. We could not have completed the sale without her help. Do yourself a favor and call them. You will not be sorry.

We couldn't have asked for more! Cindy, Xan, their helpers and their partners consistently exceeded expectations; indeed, they frequently anticipated needs before we ever thought of them, and certainly before we formed expectations. Downsizing and moving can be wildly stressful, but we were so wildly impressed that our stress levels dropped and...we often had fun! Their collective experience, vast network of resources, and problem-solving attitude is simply unparalleled!

I can not say enough good things about Cindy and Orchestrated Moves! I was working with a client who was moving out of state to two different locations and dividing her possessions among 6 adult children living all over the country. The coordination and logistics involved were mind-boggling. Cindy managed the process with professionalism and a sense of humor. My client was so pleased with the result. My job as the listing agent was easier since all the items were removed in a timely manner. Cindy also helped me stage bookshelves and other areas in the home. Looking forward to working with them again!

I am so incredibly grateful for Orchestrated Moves help with my move. Cindy was super-responsive to my web form inquiry, and also flexible about changing dates. On the day of the move, Susan was a delight to work with, and Judy did an amazing job in the kitchen, and Jill made my mish mash of clothes into a functioning closet (something I literally have not had for years.) It seemed like the rooms from the old house had been magically transported into the new house, complete with shampoo in the bathroom and beautifully made beds. It was incredible! Most importantly, everyone had such a great, positive attitude and energy, and I was actually sorry when everyone was finished and had to go. I never imagined it was possible to have a positive, even pleasant, experience on moving day, but somehow, Orchestrated Moves does exactly that. Also, the pricing is more than reasonable.

Cindy and Orchestrated Moves are fantastic. They're responsive, and able to work with a challenging timetable. I had to help my mom move apartments while being out of state, and having Cindy and Orchestrated Moves on it made the whole thing go smoothly even though I wasn't able to be there.

Perfectly. They are truly amazing. I cannot think of enough good things to say about Cindy and team. I did not have to worry about anything - and we were handling this from afar, so really needed to rely entirely on Cindy/Orchestrated Moves. They are incredibly cost effective, smart, competent, thorough, and amazing. I am beyond grateful. They also did our big move 3 years ago to Chicago, and helped us dismantle a 5 bedroom home in Chevy Chase. That also went perfectly.

We had an excellent experience. The team is thorough and conscientious. They also put us in touch with ancillary service providers (hauling, donation pick-up etc...) which was very helpful.

I contacted them and they responded immediately. I wasn't sure how much work this was going to be. I was living in a borderline, if not fully hoarding environment. I am a shopper lol. Jilll called the day before to confirm and the morning of to say she was on her way. She arrive supplies in hand and got to work. I did not feel judged for my mess. She was very nice and helped me to really stop and think if I needed all these items. She offered suggestions on ways to organize and worked FAST! Even with taking breaks, we were able to get through everything in a day. I almost wanted to cry tears of joy when I saw how much of a difference we made. I am sooooooo pleased with Orchestrated Moves and I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Could not have done it without them. Due to quicker than expected sale, had to relocate from large home of 24 years to condo in three weeks. Orch. Moves personnel found estate sale, consignment options, movers, and donation pick up for excess furniture and house hold items. They physically assisted in closet clean out, garage clean out, entire home clean out. They sorted, labeled, moved, organized, etc. It was a daunting task for me and Orch. Moves kept me on track and did so with kindness and humor. On move day, they helped keep everyone on task and physically unpacked boxes. They organized and set up new kitchen and his/hers closets. This is a really wonderful group of people who provide superb counsel and roll-up-your-sleeves work. I found the price of service very reasonable for the effort made and work accomplished.

She was amaxingly organized and had an specific process she followed which allowed me to make decisions easily and efficiently. She packed and labeled everything. I could not have done it without her.

Excellent. The "team" made my closets look like a picture in a magazine. Color coordinated/ good use of space. They worked with me to make important things easily accessible for me- which was very important due to a recent health issue.

Three months ago, I never would have thought I needed a relocation service. But when we decided to get our house ready to sell in just three weeks, our agent recommended Cindy and Xan--and that made all the difference. Cindy swept through the house, packing away pictures and excess books and marking furniture that needed to be removed to stage the house. She hired a low-cost mover to clear things into storage, and provided great staging advice. After we sold and as we prepared to move, Cindy's service kicked into a higher gear. She recommended three movers and set up appointments for each to come make estimates. She advised on getting the best deal and drove home to the movers the need for speed and efficiency. (We had a four-hour window to use the elevator at our new building.) On packing day, she helped supervise the movers' packers; on delivery day, she brought a crew of three associates, unpacked our stuff, set up our closets, restored the china displays on our hutch--all in time for the movers to take away 98 percent of the boxes and packing paper. Without them, we'd still be unable to walk through the sea of boxes in our apartment. Cindy says ours was an easy move--but it would have been infinitely harder without Orchestrated Moves.

Cindy and Xan made a stressful situation as straightforward as it could be, and knew exactly what we needed and when. They are very professional and well-organized, provided organizing strategies that I had not thought of, provided all packing and moving services, and handled all of the legwork for donations. They understand the particular dynamics of downsizing for seniors and worked very well with the staff at my mom's senior living community. I will be hiring them to help on future projects!
