Ali Soltani installed a Vertical Platform lift and build wooden platforms. install door installed kick plate made door entrance ADA . replace tracking system for our over head lift . extend from bedroom to bathroom and hall. service was so professional always on time area were always left cleaned. Hired HandyPro to install shower bench, 18" grab bar and a stainless steel flip-up grab bar in the master bath. I appreciated the detailed consultation and explanation of equipment options. Once I made a decision on the extent of the modification, the equipment arrived and work began about a week later. There was a glitch with the ordered equipment but the situation was resolved quickly and I am so happy with the finished product. I will definitely call on them again for more hom modifications.

I hired HandyPro of Washington to replace an aging acoustic ceiling in my basement with a drywall ceiling. From the beginning of the process which involved getting an estimate, down to putting the final touches on our ceiling, Ali and the HandyPro crew were extremely professional and showed great attention to detail. Unlike other experiences I have had with contractors rushing to finish work, HandyPro focused on quality rather than speed and yet finished the job within a week. My wife and I were always kept in the loop regarding any decisions that needed to make as the work progressed, and we could always discuss/clarify specifics with the crew. Sol Construction LLC (Handypro of Washington DC Metropolitan) is the worst contracting company I have ever worked with. Ali Soltani, the man in charge of my disability installation, was incredibly rude, aggressive/belligerent, and unwilling to compromise. I would never work with this man/company again. When asking him a question, he left my house abruptly and in his car. He was unprofessional throughout the work and a money-grabber. He made a mistake while installing the stairlift, was unwilling to admit it - blaming me for HIS mistake, and wanted to charge me extra to uninstall the stair lift. Furthermore, he wanted me to buy another product and his manual labor (doubling the charges). This is no way to have customer service for a disabled, elderly person. Furthermore, when the work was inspected by the county, all of his work was failed - not passed due to being deemed unsafe. The outdoor lift does not work now either, not that I'd want to use it in this dangerous fashion. If you want to get yelled at, get overcharged, or deal with removal of products and bringing in another contracting company to fix mistakes, this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

They came out on short notice to connecting wiring on the dishwasher and install a garbage disposal and hook up a new sink. They were very accomodating regarding my schedule, friendly but professional. They were also quick and cleaned up fully.
