The company followed up on the appointment and was on-time for the appraisal. The report was delivered in a matter of days. I noticed a deficiency in the initial appraisal. I reached out to the appraiser, and the document was corrected and updated within 24 hours. Because of his excellent customer service, I rehired him to appraise another property.

Zillow does a much better job. In general use appraisers if you are required to by a bank.

I spoke with Wayne Rogers and he was very accomodating. I needed to get an appraisal as quickly as possible and he promised to have it done after one business day but I was surprised that he sent it on a Saturday morning, a day after he came by! Great service!
