I am not sure how I feel about the services . I was not pleased with the appraisal value of the home because I believe that the value should have been label much given the upgrades of the property and in compares to the other property near by with similar or like property accommodations. I personally would never use the service of the company or recommend it. The first evaluation done of the property was much more reasonable and fair.

In reading the reviews of FAB Appraisals, (or at least the ones that were selectively posted), it was obvious that these customers did not know much about real estate or what our current market is doing. Yes, Wayne Rogers WAS responsive. He WAS courteous and appeared knowledgeable and professional. He said he would give Fair Market Value to our home. UNFORTUNATELY, that was not the case. The comps that were used in arriving at the value were not current at all, and as a result, did not show TODAY Fair Market Value. I myself found multiple homes, easily, with recent closings that were more in line with our HOT market. When questioned about this, Wayne said he felt it would be too much work to go back and work out the variables for these newer sales in comparison to our property. REALLY? Does not anybody else cares about the TRUE VALUE of their property, in addition to the customer service??? I am flabbergasted.

I would highly recommend FAB Appraisals. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, quickly schedule appointments and timely turn around for the appraisal report. All that for a great price. Thank you Wayne Rogers!

Wayne Rogers was pleasant to work with. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to get (3) Maryland homes reviewed for appraisal in one day. And we received those appraisals in 5 days. The appraisal cost per home was excellent. I would most assuredly use F.A.B. Appraisals again, and would fully recommend to family and friends.
