Easy to work with

Wayne was wonderful. From the first time he reached out to me through how much visor explaining what he does and the certifications that he has over other appraisers. He provided me an hour window on when he would be expected to arrive at my house. The day he was scheduled to show he called to make sure he could show up a little bit earlier and even told me if it was an inconvenience he could wait. When he arrived he was very professional introducing himself and then explained everything as he walked around the house on what he was doing. When it came to time for payment it was nice and convenient that he took MasterCard. I received an email receipt of payment, and he told me that I should receive the final report in about a week. I definitely would recommend Wayne and his business to anyone seeking an appraisal.

Wayne responded to my request for a house appraisal within minutes. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived a few minutes early and I have the completed appraisal within two days. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and fun to work with, I highly recommend him.
