Description of Work: Case Design does a great job, and has my trust to get the job done right the first time.

Description of Work: Renovation of driveway, walkway and front porch. Services were performed quickly and professionally with frequent communication with the project manager.

Description of Work: Diagnosed reason for master bath shower leak that three other companies had not been able to find. Came up with a solution and completed the work promptly, cleanly and with attention to detail.

Description of Work: I feel that we were terribly misled by Case. We told them our budget, and yet they did not make any effort to inform us of where we might be going over budget, and so we wound up with an estimate that was at least 20K more than our budget allowed. We think that they looked at where we were living and just figured we would be able to pay whatever they charged. This was a huge mistake on their part. We were very disappointed--not with our designer--who was great, but the project manager who closely resembled a used car salesman. It makes me very sad that they conducted their business in this way. I wish better luck to those who might follow us.

Description of Work: They redid our 3 bathrooms, one completely, the other two partly. My only drawback is the price which was quite high. The work was done in 2011.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate for the project I was considering and told me they would get back in touch with me within a week but, never did. I appreciate the estimate, but they were too high anyway.

Description of Work: We remodeled a 1930's bathroom and changed a screened in porch into a sunroom with a deck off the back. We had contacted them in the fall of 2013 and worked through a detailed design. They walked us through every step of the way. We knew what we wanted and this process ensured we got it. The construction started in late January and lasted through mid March. Weekly meetings were held with the construction project manager to check progress and to inform us of what would be done that week and any delays due to weather or other issues. In any remodel, especially in an older turn of the century home such as our, we built in contingencies in case anything unexpected came up (and they usually do). We only had 2 and they were minor and did not delay the project but when they were identified, we were informed right away so a decision could be made and the project move forward. Overall I am completely satisfied with the outcome and would use them again and I recommend to others.

Description of Work: Built a full bath in my basement, with custom tiles; created a full walk-in closet (created from a small bedroom) adjacent to my master bedroom; remodeled my master bedroom bath; remodeled/enlarged my kitchen; expanded my family room; upgraded/enlarged my patio; upgraded my front porch and driveway from concrete to stone pavers.

Description of Work: They re-did our basement in our old house and did an outstanding job. We have also had them do various handyman jobs for us.

Description of Work: We used the Case handyman service. We had broken one pane out of a 65-year-old wood and glass front storm door (an 8-pane mullioned glass door). We broke the door on Wednesday, called Case on Thursday, and the handyman showed up on Friday morning. He was not only on time, but early. Because of the age of the door and the brittleness of the wood, he was not sure weather or not he'd be able to insert the new pane without splintering the wood, in which case he would have to rebuild part of the door, taking more time and charging more. This is the sort of warning that raises a mental scam alert red flag, but in fact, he repaired the door flawlessly with no damage and charged almost exactly what we had anticipated in advance. Looking at the door now, you'd never guess it had ever suffered any damage.

Description of Work: They did some home repairs for us. They replaced some siding. They replaced some walls.

Description of Work: One of their employees visited our home to do an estimate. It's been 10 days and we still have not received the estimate. Time wasted and repairs are really needed. Don't waste your time with them as we did.

Description of Work: They recaulked the bathtub, repaired the screens, and fixed a shelf.

Description of Work: Repaired stair wall broke into when replacing broken stack. Replaced broken cork tile, reinstalled ceiling light fixture, other plastering and painting.

Description of Work: Warranty, came flushed hot water system and adjusted hot water heater.

Description of Work: Very timely, stayed on budget, got everything accomplished according to proposal.

Description of Work: I used Case to finish my garage a few months back and they did a good job.
