These guys were outstanding. Everything was perfect. They took about 4 days, however, it was a very complicated job, so I don t blame them. They cleaned up everything. They are real professionals at what they do. I will definitely recommend them.

A month later he still hadn't called so I left a message on his voice mail and he didn't respond and then I left a message with the receptionist for him. He did end up calling me back on 8/23 and said that I must have slipped through the cracks and that he would call me back the next day. He still hasn't. What really made me mad was that they sent me a letter thanking me for my inquiry and saying that they hoped I would hire them some time in the future.

I spent $400 in gift certificates and another $100 cash and they still did not fix the problem. They also charged my credit card wrong for the hundred dollars. They usually have a very good reputation, but that didn't happen here.

I am not very happy with them and I'd never use them again. When they came they took the measurements and didn t give them to me and they left and never came back to do the job, they never called me or anything. Then when they took the measurements they charged me a very high price and didn't tell me about it before they did it. They were very unprofessional and not upfront. I will never use them in a million years.

They did a fantastic job. I probably paid more than I had to but I feel that you get what you pay for and I definitely got results with this company. They understood what I wanted and they were very professional. They do meticulous work.

Case Handyman Services were very expensive. They didn't do much work at all they could've done a better job. It's like they didn't even try. The handyman they sent out wasn't very responsive. I did not like the work.

Case Design pulled the entire county and city contracts we needed to build the chimney. They were very fast in their work and were very patient in waiting for the county to inspect their work before they could move on. They got the work done in less than a week in a half. I am very glad I found a reputable company. The only thing I was not happy with was the price as it was a little steep but for their quality of work, I would use them again.

This was an interesting experience. I hired them to come out and do the designs, which they did in a very professional manner but when they were done, they informed me that I couldn't have them. I explained that I really needed to go over everything with my husband, before I could even make any decisions. I then found out they were going to charge me $75,000 for cabinets, and I have a small kitchen. I told them that we would not be purchasing cabinets from them and they immediately wanted those designs back. In my opinion, I had definitely paid to have those designs.

Overall, I was not impressed with this company s presentation. They wanted a great deal more money than we ever thought it would cost to do this renovation, and we have since talked with an architect who reviewed what we wanted, and he has told us we could do even more than what Case proposed for thousands less.

I like the company because they are careful and precise with their work. The company will also use any material for improving my home I may have on hand without having to purchase items through them. Basically I have no complaints.

At first, he was late and we were a little disappointed, but in the end we were happy with the results. He was informative and flexible. We even got a discount on the price.

The guys were craftsman, but very slow. Could have been due to the hot weather. They didn't clean up as well as I would have liked. They left caulking materials on the roof and sawdust on the walkway. They did place the debris in garbage bags. They are coming back to replace a door and window so I may have more to report then.

Case Designs does a wonderful job. They were very personable and finish the work in a timely fashion. They were easy to get a hold of and they cleaned up after themselves. The prices are a little expensive but I was happy with the work.

This company completes handyman repairs along with other more in depth types of jobs. The company was an "A" in terms of service. However, it was extremely difficult to contact them by telephone to schedule an appointment. I chose them as they are a well known, national company within my area. Their employees are well-trained and screened thoroughly. The employee arrived on time and they charge $93 per hour. On a different visit, they created an appropriate opening for a built-in oven as it did not fit properly. This job took less than 1 hour, so they charged me $85.

I was so distraught on the phone over what appeared to be his irrationality that I burst out crying. To replace the bathtub, the estimated cost was 6-10 thousand. I have used this company in the past but I will never hire them again.

There were two issues. "Time and Materials" work takes a lot of management by the homeowner and their workers were not as skilled as I'd hoped. They could handle the more basic work, but were not so good at finishing or detail work. The workers, while diligent enough, did not seem to be working with energy, which was difficult given that time was of the essence. They gave me a comprehensive schedule at the start of the job, but were constantly changing who would come when. Their tile person became ill and they didn't have anyone else to replace him, so I had to find another company to do the tile work. There was a project manager who would try to calm the waters, but often without being able to actually improve what was going on.

We began contract negotiations in March 2006. We knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to go. Seemed like a simple remodel...tear out old and put in new, no moving plumbing or gas connections, appliances went in same places. They did not begin work until September 2006. I still don't know what took so long...it was a series of mis-communications and delays, especially with their "designer" who didn't do anything for us. We were told our project manager would check in at least weekly with us, but more likely daily. NOT ONCE did he come on his own....only when the laborer, Jay, or I called him. It was disappointing because there was a lot Jay was unaware of and he needed the manager's input and information. Jay was FANTASTIC. He was dependable and courteous and is very good at what he does. I would hire him in a minute for independent work.

They were very expensive but very good. They were punctual, neat, clean, and responsive.

Have twice contacted Case to get estimates for work. I won't bother again - both times they ''estimated'' at least double what it should cost for the project. They come across as very arrogant about their process and pricing.

They were professional and had good attitudes. They did a great job.

This was neither easy nor inexpensive. It was VERY hard on us and quite pricey, but we got what we bargained for. There were no surprises anywhere. We now have an absolutely glorious kitchen. Everything was VERY professionally handled, beginning with the designers and estimators through the lead craftsman all the way to the county inspection.

I only spoke him to over the phone. The small kitchen is about 4' by 9'. The quote was expensive for this small kitchen. They told me that they would cabinets from Minnesota and it would take approx 2 months to receive them. I decided not to go with them, and will continue my search for a company to re do this kitchen.

I thought the work wasn't worth the price I paid. I paid by the hour, and it was a 4 hour project.

I thought they were too expensive. I would probably use someone else next time.

We opted to go with another less-well known contractor whose price for each job was much lower, whose references were stellar, and who was highly recommended by another Angie's List contractor (with whose work we were highly satisfied). Good decision!
