Auen was on time,practical, explained everything.I asked and was interested in working with me to make the most economical use of his time.All jobs completed well.When owner can supply parts it is the most economical.

The work went very well. The repairman was on time and explained how he was going to repair the work. All work was well done.

Mr. Alan arrived on time, and completed the job on time.

George Williams, craftsman, worked on the door three times as the problem seemed to change and new challenges arose. He was persistent in analyzing the issue and "tweaking" the solution. I also appreciate that his colleague, Stan, also offered assistance. Excellent Job!

Everybody was on time, courteous, cleaned up every day. They were helpful. Over all did a great job.

The job was done smoothly and professionally. It required two different days (most got done the first day, but he had to scope out what parts were going to be needed for the breaker panel work), but I was told that in advance. On the first day we got the breaker panels rewired for the dryer, figured out the hood circuit breaker and light replacement, and scoped out the rest of the work. On the second day, the larger re-wiring of the panels was done, as was the bathroom fans and the door weatherstripping. The workmen arrived on time each day and things got done as scheduled. The workmen were courteous and professional throughout.

He was on time and very good at explaining the problem and how to fix it.

Although it was difficult at first to match the color, once we figured out the formula and the trick to staining the wood, the finished product turned out beautifully.

The work, worker and the price were excellent.

First class work. Case had done our upstairs bathrooms in 2010 and we were very pleased with them, Easy choice when we decided to renovate kitchen and downstairs bath. Began on time and completed on schedule. Witnin or slightly below budget. Workman were comtetent and pleasent. Kept worksite clean. Helped us safeguard our cats (not easy). No suprises. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

When we had the kitchen remodeled, we had a small kitchen window that was in a bay removed, including the bay, and had a large custom made window installed flush with the siding, ie, no longer a bay window.At the time of original installation, the warranty for seal leak was 10 years. Now, the seal had given way and moisture began to appear between the two panes. We needed to replace with a window with a longer air seal warranty. FRED, the handyman division of Case, removed the old window and installed a new custom made window with a 20 year air seal warranty. The job was complicated by the fact that on the inside a Corian backsplash was at window level at the bottom and part way up on both sides. They had a difficult time removing the old window owing to the manner in which it had been installed. Their final finish on the inside was not satisfactory. I called the estimator who came out and agreed that the inside finish was not satisfactory. A date was sheduled for follow-on work which was done. The new window now has th look of a professional job.FRED (Case) warrants their work for 5 years.

Perfect PM and perfect work by repair person. On time, neat, clean cooperative, pleasant and reliable. Terry and Steve are wonderful.

The owner's brother, Jeff, came on time and not only completed the job he was hired to do--replacing a flawed pendant light but took time out to show me how to change the twist-in florescent light bulb (which is very tricky by the way!) and even looked at and fixed my bathroom light fixture that had never been installed properly in the first place at no additional charge! he was on time, clean (even removing his shoes before coming in!), and took his time to do an expert job on both light fixtures--I wouldn't have anyone else do my electrical work--he was great and went above and beyond what I expected and for the price paid--I feel like I got a great deal! I highly recommend them for any electrical work that you need done!!

Overall very good. I felt the price was a little more than others but the work was excellent

Everything went well, but I went with another company because Case's price was too high for me.

Terry was on time, kept us filled in each step of the way and finished the job early. Cleaned up thoroughly.

Alan showed up early & went about his business quickly & efficiently. Very pleased.

They did fine work from start to finish. They were expensive but it was worth it.

We started at one of Case's kitchin and bath seminars which was informative and included a very nice lunch. We originally were going to meet with a Kitchen/Bath designer but realized that we really needed more than that, perhaps a whole house renovation. Our goal was to ensure the house was structually sound before beginning any renovation. I was on the Case web site and they have a page that details the backrounds and experience of their architects, designers, etc. which I found very helpful. It helped me narrow down the person I felt could achieve our goals. Go to Casedesign.com -> Our People - Designers. I requested Susan Matus, who has a masters in Architecture and has the experience I was looking for (additions, whole house remodels, kitchen remodel, master sute remodel). We met with Susan on 10/7/2011 at our house an discussed our vision, took Susan around the house and had a delightfully wonderful meeting with her. She made sketches and came up with ideas on the spot. We made an another appt for her to come back and take measurements. They took those measurements back and came up with some prelimary plans. We met again at Case's design office since that was close to my work to review. The ideas started flowing and it was quite a inspiring meeting to see what could be achieved. At the last meeting she brought her co-worker Herman, who She took those ideas back and came up with a few more plans which also included the guessimate prices which was very helpful to see what we could really afford. Now we have to decided how to proceed with all the information and great ideas. Working with Susan has been a real pleasure!

Dale was prompt and professional. He worked efficiently and explained everything in detail to us. He put in heroic effort to get a job that may have taken 3 days done in two at out request.

I could not have asked for better service. The lights are fantastic. He centered one over the stairway and the other in the center of the bathroom.

From the planning phase to project completion--they were great! Always on time, quickly addressed any concerns/problems, very neat and clean, and thoughtful of my needs while living thru a major renovation--my first ever! They moved my refrigerator and microwave to the dining room area so I could have use of the them while they were working--being careful even to protect the table that they set the microwave on. The cabinets and countertops are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality--I love them! There was a problem with the spice rack cabinets where I was not able to adjust the shelves because the holes for the pegs were too small and Christian (bless his heart!) drilled them all bigger so I can more easily move the shelves to where I need them. The backsplash tile behind the range really sets off my new slide-in range and it was expertly installed by Christian--it also is of excellent quality and looks beautiful. My new double sink, faucet, and in-counter garbage switch (which I never even knew they made!) are also of excellent quality and expertly installed. The new pendant lights are gorgeous and are a really nice addition that I hadn't thought of but my designer, Christie, did and she even went with me to help pick them out from Ferguson's in Springfield! There is a slight black mark which is noticeable since the globe is white but the Project Manager, Steve, is working to get a replacement installed for me very soon. Steve also went with me on his own time to help pick out my new kitchen appliances--making sure they would fit in with my new kitchen plan and getting me a very good deal on all ot them too! :) He also, again on his own time, waited at my place for delivery of my new range right after Thanksgiving Day because of a mix up where Sears had originally delivered the wrong one! The job took a couple of weeks longer what was originally planned because of the appliance delivery mix-up and a delay in the delivery of the countertops for two weeks but they definitely made up for it (even though neither issue was their fault!) by working every day to get everything completed. In addition, they were very thoughtful of my neighbors since I live in a condominium and never started any loud work before the 9:00AM hour and were always finished before 5:00PM. They even made friends with our Property Manager who is widely known for her rather unpleasant disposition particularily with contractors working in our buildings! I will definitely use them again when I plan to remodel my bathroom--they are wonderful and make you feel like you are part of their "family" and do excellent work!

Very well. Found inexpensive option which works and saves me money.
