John Folk arrived promptly and provided a very detailed estimate. Work began approximately one month after contract was signed. Unfortunately, as work progressed, it became apparent that there was much more rotten wood than was apparent at the time of the estimate. This increased the cost of the job by about 50 percent (from $7900, including the Angie's List discount, to $11,600). Armando Lopez and his crew were very professional and very accommodating. The house looks great!

They did an excellent job. The clean up was done every night before leaving. They were very thorough and my rooms look great. If you want a real professional looking paint job, I would recommend calling these guys!

This company's bid was the highest among the 3 I got for painting the exterior our house, but it was also the most comprehensive, which is why I chose them. Everyone associated with the company is professional and pleasant to deal with, from the estimator to the painting crew to the office workers. The crew foreman discovered a problem area that needed attention and gave me a reasonable price for the job which included preventative measures so the problem will not recur. The work was started and completed on time. I and four friends separately reviewed the completed work for the punch list, and found virtually nothing to report.

They did a very good job. Gave us an estimate that was competitive with others, and they were very diligent and clean.

Excellent. Prompt, courteous, and neat. All work was begun and completed as promised. Company and workers were extremely professional and conscientious.

Very well overall. The owner, George Folk, conducted the estimate and walk around for the first estimate. He was straight forward and professional. The work crew, headed by Armando, were hardworking, polite and very efficient. Armando called me whenever there was a decision to be made even though I trusted him to do the right thing. A few negatives include some overspray on several windows and one stormdoor, and we've picked up dozens of nails leftover from the siding removal. The carpentry work was a little pricey, but necessary.

John Folk from B-CC Painting came by early in the morning, before we left for work, to provide a detailed, written estimate. He made great suggestions on type of paint and was very informative and came across as someone we could trust. It was obvious that John had a lot of experience. Two days later, we called to accept their proposal and John said they could start the next day, if that was OK with us. We hadn't asked for such a quick start - but were obviously happy. Although a relatively small job, they assigned a foreman, (George) who led a crew of 4 others. The work was completed in less than 4 days. Each day, George and his crew were here at 9:00 - once they arrived, we left for work. They continued to work each day until we returned home from work - then promptly cleaned and left. The work was impeccable - we could not have asked for a more professionally done job. We highly recommend B-CC Painting.

From John Folk's estimate to Jorge Rivas's crew to Beverly's office manner the entire team was very courteous, professional and responsive. While they were's the cheapest, they were far less expensive than some and overall a very good value.

They were on time every day and completed both projects on schedule. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and with their neatness, especially in the one unit that was furnished. They were very careful in moving the furniture and in returning everything to the proper place when the job was finished. I did not have to clean up anything when they left. I had gotten three estimates, and theirs was the lowest, although not by much. I chose them based on recommendations from friends and was happy with the choice.

WE WERE RELATIVELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THE EMPLOYEES WHO ANSWERED THE PHONES WERE KIND AND ALMOST ALWAYS RETURNED OUR CALLS. THERE WAS A PROBLEM, THOUGH, WITH SCHEDULING, AND THE PAINTERS WERE LATE BY SEVERAL HOURS. ALSO, ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE, WE HAD TO CALL THEM AND HAVE SOME PAINTERS COME BACK BECAUSE THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO PAINT THE OUTSIDE PART OF OUR KITCHEN DOOR. THEY WERE KIND ABOUT IT THOUGH, AND EXPRESSED REGRET FOR THE MISTAKE. OVERALL, THE PAINTING WAS WELL DONE, AND IN THE END WE WERE RELATIVELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.
