Description of Work: Azad responded the very next day, even though it was a Sunday, with no extra charge. I had trouble connecting my computer to the printer. It printed some things, but not others. Azad figured out how to solve the problem, tested it thoroughly, and solved all my problems. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: My computer had a sudden failure. Rather than pick a name I joined Angie's list and found a local shop. He made an appointment for the same night to come over. His prior client's problems were more extensive than he had thought, so he called to say he would be late. He kept me informed about what he was doing, and showed me some tips on how to keep my computer running. The video graphics card had failed and caused a cascade of other problems, shutting everything down. He showed me how to bypass the card using the on-board component, and the computer works fine. I may not even replace the faulty card. I was very satisfied with his service.

Description of Work: Azad was very responsive to my service request. He was running a little late but called promptly to advise on estimated arrival time. He got my printer up and running and then performed some maintenance on my laptop. I will definitely call on him again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Today Azad very quickly found what was wrong with my TV and adjusted my fax machine. As usuall, his work was expert and to the point. He is an exemplary computer - and TV and iPhone - technician - and a fine person as well.

Description of Work: Mr. Aziz was great. we had a virus in one of our computers. He fixed and cleaned the computer. In addition he help us with a few other computer network issues at home. He was excellent; very professional and cordial and more importantly left everything working great

Description of Work: I had spent over 2 hours on the phone with Costco because I could not get any thing showing on my monitor. My computer was out of warranty except for still being possibly under warranty with American Express which would take a while to submit paper work. Costco techs thought it was a video card. I had my friend look up repair on Angies list since I couldn't sign on and he found Micro Geek. I called him and he was available to come out the same day since he was not far from my home. He called before he came. checked out the problem and discovered that it was only a cable. repaired it within less than 30 minutes. He checked to make sure everything else was working. I am a very happy person. Thanks Micro Geek.

Description of Work: We had two very slow computers. Mr. Ali analyzed the problems, cleaned up the files, uninstalled unwanted programs, defragmented the files, and scanned for viruses. Most impressive is that we inquired about his services on a Friday, and he came Sunday afternoon and spent almost three hours working on our computers. I found that not all technicians would make house calls, and I did not want to be without my computers while a technician worked on them. So I particularly appreciated his responsiveness. Both computers are working much better.
