Mr. Azad Ali came over the same day I called and was right on time. I was very appreciative that he scheduled me at the end of his long day. He had everything needed to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed my computer. He also ran diagnostic tests to ensure my system was operating at it's best. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced. I was very happy to find him on Angie's List and would have him back for any future computer issues and highly recommend him to my friends.

My computer would not start up in the morning. I located Micro Geek on Angie's list and by the end of the day, Azad had gotten the computer back up and running. Well worth the money.

It went really well. The Micro Geek showed up when he said he would, he was very professional, but not overly nosy. He didn't berate my abyssmal computer skills or laugh when I couldn't perform simple tasks. He walked me through a number of MAC issues, user issues, that had been bothering me. Not big issues, but ones that bothered me over time. He was very pleasant and could relate what he was doing very well. Would highly recommend him to someone else.

Azad Ali has been maintaining four computers for me for a few years and there isn't anything that he can't fix! Always prompt and efficient, he's done everything from repairing a hard drive to giving me lessons on how to work my iPod. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I recommended him to some friends a last year and they were equally impressed with his knowledge and capabilities.

Having had mediocre to poor "geek" style services in the past, my expectations were not very high for this company. This technician dispelled my concerns by doing a really good job without the usual "I'm a geek and you're not" attitude. It was also refreshing to have a technician with experience and a company to charge a fee that, I think, was commensurate with the time spent. Good "geeks" are hard to find, now-a-days. I would recommend this company.

From the moment he arrived to the moment he left, Azad was nothing but professional and was eager to answer our questions. Through he stayed longer than he expected, he did not charge us for the extra time he was with us. I consider him a hidden treasure on dealing with computer issues. His working knowledge of systems is quite extensive. Without I doubt he is on my Permanent list of computer experts. His charges are very reasonable and were fully explained before he started. I recommend Azad to anyone without reservation!

This wasn't my first time working with Azad. After giving him a call, he suggested that I stop by with my CPU (on Christmas Eve!). After running several diagnostic tests he realized the problem was more in-depth than he initially thought. Later that day he sent me a text with the diagnosis: I needed a new hard drive. The morning after Christmas he sent another text to let me know he was heading to the store to purchase the new hard drive (and assured me all of my files would be intact). I contacted him later that evening for a status and around 6PM he told me the computer was ready for pick-up. Azad knows his stuff and is unbelievably easy to talk to when it comes to technical 'stuff'. Although I would prefer more one-on-one communication (as opposed to text messages---sometimes you want to 'speak' to someone!) I would certainly use him again!

Mr. Ali is a very knowledgeable and capable professional. He was very responsive in performing the work required and returned all my phone calls promptly. Mr. Ali is also easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

I called The Micro Geek company and I couldnt have been any happier. The owner answered the phone when called and we setup an appointment a few days later. When he showed up he was very prompt and confident with his work. He resolved all my issues within 1 hour. The cost was very resonable versus other companies that I have researched. I would difeinately plan on using The Micro Geek again for all my future computer issues.

All the work Azad has done has been nothing short of perfect. He has always been prompt, efficient and most important, understanding and patient with our our lack of computer knowledge. We wouldn't consider having anyone else work on our computer issues. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Azad arrived on time, as always. I had already explained my concerns via email so he went right to work. Some diagnostics later and the virus and spy software were eliminated and my printer was reinstalled.. Super fast, super reasonable and super rehirable. !Thanks Azad

The FBI virus stopped my computer dead in its tracks. I called my anti-virus provider right away, but after 2 lengthy phone sessions, one with a senior tech, things were looking dire. Starting to feel kinda desperate, I decided to call The Micro Geek, who'd done work for me before, and see what he thought. He calmed me down, assured me my problem was fixable and I wouldn't lose everything, and said he'd come as soon as he could. "As soon as he could" turned out to be about an hour later! And two hours after that, I was back in business. What did he do? I haven't got a clue--looked like magic to me--but he did it with impeccable professionalism and then, just for good measure, he popped the side off my CPU box and gave its innards a good cleaning. Bottom line--would I recommend Asad, The Micro Geek to a friend? You betcha.

He came out the same day and resolved the problem immediately. He knows his stuff. I have recommended him to many other friends and family who have had great experiences as well. I have used him 5-6 times over the last (3) years. He takes his time with you, does not rush and will explain things to you. He seems to always do more than asked and will bring up any other concerns that need to be addressed. He always seems busy but can accommodate and work you into his schedule.

It went very well. Azad was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and flexible. I took my computers and printer to him. He usually comes to his clients, but accommodated me (it was more convenient for me to go to him). I felt comfortable and safe in his work studio and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend The Micro Geek and will use The Micro Geek again.

In less than 30 minutes I received outstanding service.

I'm very happy with the service i received. I explained the issues and what I'd like to do and he was very accommodating. He was able to troubleshoot issues as they came up that would have stumped me. Everything i was hoping to accomplish was done and in just a few hours.

He was on time and called en route to make sure we were expectring him. He went right to work on the remote system, making sure the wireless router had the proper IP address and testing to ensure the laptop computer had internet connectivity. We then returned to the main house and checked to ascertain there was no loss of connectivity there. In conversation, and after I handed him a check, I indicated that I had another wireless router. He saw that it was a more recent and powerful model, so he went back to the remote location and exchanged routers and made sure the new router had the right IP address and knew the wifi network name, all for no additional fee. He is clearly a results-oriented professional and a nice man to boot.

Azad arrived pretty much on schedule -- but called to say he'd be about ten minutes late. He was amazed to see that Verizon didn't check to be sure the Internet was working before they left. After reviewing the wiring and connections, Azad called a Verizon technician and made more progress with them than I had ever made. While Azad was not able to fix the system, he recommended that Verizon come back with an intention to install a new Ethernet cable to the modem. That work was then scheduled. Verizon came a few days later, reviewed the situation, saw that a new Ethernet cable would not restore our full TV service, and concluded that we needed to simplify our network. Verizon stuck with me while that was done and made sure that both the Internet and TV were functioning fully. Verizon recommended that we either intall an Ethernet cable to the remote location or try to reach it wirelessly through extenders and the like. I reported these conclusions and recommendations to Azad by email, saying I'd like to have his view of the situation and would value his continuing invlovement until this matter is resolved completely. Much to my surprise and disappointment, he has not responded, so I have begun the work myself.

I called Azad Ali of The Micro Geek on Thursday and we set an appointment for Monday April 16 at 10am. By 10:25 I had not heard from him, so I called and he was a block away, arriving about a half hour late. Once he arrived, I found him to be efficient and personable, quickly diagnosing my sluggish computer woes and making the appropriate adjustments. Two hours and $160 later, my computer is working much more efficiently. Azad is also going to make recommendations for purchasing a laptop. I would enthusiastically recommend The Micro Geek to anyone with similar needs!

I called Asad Ali to see if he could save my old Dell with Windows XP because I had software that wouldn't work on the new Windows 7. Asad really gave it his best shot--but once he realized that in addition to other problems, the motherboard was also going, he gave me the bad news but asked if I'd considered a used computer with XP, especially if he checked it out thoroughly beforehand. So that's what we did and it is working out great. Asad is professional, punctual and reliable, and his fees are ridiculously fair. I just can't recommend him highly enough.
