He was unable to fix my computer as it was so full of viruses. He "scrubbed" it clean and set it up for me. I had a small problem which he came to adjust at no charge. I was pleased with him and will use him in the future.

Azad came to my home to investigate why my computer wasn't working. Within about 5 minutes he determined I had a bad power supply and about 10 minutes later he had it repaired and was on his way. He was friendly, fast, and professional.

Came on time, nice man, helpful, professional, billed as expected.

He comes quickly, is on time, explains what he is doing and sticks to the task until he finds the problem. He gives a guarantee and came back without additional cost. My last problem was a broken modem, which Comcast had to replace, and he could not fix, but not for lack of trying.

My computer kept freezing almost every five minutes, I could not get onto the internet and there was no sound coming out of the speakers. I called Mr. Ali and he set up a visit for the next day. Mr. Ali scanned all the programs and explained everything that he was doing and what he was finding. He even showed me a quick and less expensive way of printing. He spent about 2-1/2 hours repairing my system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and will definitely recommend him and use him again.

The experience went well from start to finish. As promised, he arrived within one hour of my call. I foud him to be professional and apparently highly skilled. Since I am not very adept with computers, I especially appreciated the patience he took to explain to me what he was doing at each step and why. I beleive I have found a reliable and affordable asset to help me keep my computer in shape in the future.

The appointment went very well. Azad removed a lot of unnecessary files and found several viruses that my security application failed to detect. The price was very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The only reason I gave a "B" rating on puncuality was because Azad arrived almost 4 hours after our scheduled appoint. This was due to an unexpected situation with an earlier appointment. I wasn't really displeased because he called more than once to give me updates and gave me the option of rescheduling. I didn't have any plans that afternoon and was able to wait for him to come when he was finished with the earlier appointment.

Within 24 hours of our call, they came to our home, completed the installation and solved all of our problems for an extremely reasonable price (well under the minimum quoted by Best Buy's Geek Squad). We couldn't ask for more professional, personable and responsive service.

I called, the Micro Geek arrived at our appointment time, and he did the work at a price I thought was a real bargain for the services he provided. In addition to dumping unneeded files and programs and removing viruses, he backed up all my data to an external hard drive and set up my wireless router. The Micro Geek is polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I definitely plan to have The Micro Geek come back once a year to keep my laptop running fast!
