It was excellent in every respect. He responded extremely quickly to my initial email inquiry and worked with me to schedule a convenient time for his visit. He arrived promptly, got to work quickly and efficiently, and helped me understand what he was doing so that I could do it on my own in the future. I plan to use him for other computer services in the future, esp. for virus removal.

Azad was BRILLIANT! He arrived on time, the same day we called. He identified and fixed the issue promptly, and made suggestions for further service which we agreed to immediately He was extremely helpful and made useful suggestions for avoiding the issue in the future which has been a huge help. He spent more than 3 hours in our home, and charged much less than everyone else we spoke with. While he was here I discussed the purchase of a new laptop for my business. He listened to my requirements, made useful suggestions, and designed and delivered a beautiful new computer at much less than any of the big box stores could even begin to offer. He arrived at my home with the new system, set everything up including wireless access and transferring of files from my old computer, and showed us how to use it. I could not be happier with the service provided by Micro Geek and have recommended him to several colleagues.

Everything went great. He came out the next day. Referred him to my mother, who was very please with his service also.

Mr. Ali arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, did the work quickly, gave me some tips. As an aside, I had brought a replacement printer to Mom's and was going to install it myself. Mr. Ali did it for a very reasonable additonal price, and my total cost was as noted above. Three months later, it is working fine. I just learned that this report was not complete and that it had not yet been submitted. I am sorry, because this was a very positive experience

Azad Ali was great. Our computer was just slow and needed a general check and stuff. He was on time and courteous, and he explained things. The price was reasonable. Everything is looking good, and I have had no complaints. We would rate him highly. We would definitely have him again or recommend him.

Professional and prompt for the appointment. Analyzed and clearly explained the issue and gave me options for the repair. Performed the work same day and on-site. Computer was up and running before he left. It functions so much better than before.

They were very good. They were very professional and on time. They did everything I wished them to do. They seem to be very knowledgeable about computer repair.

We lost contact with the internet on our desktop computer. We suspected a virus but were unable to fix the problem ourselves after serveral days of trying. We called Microgeek Friday afternoon and he was able to come that evening. He instantly recognized the problem and worked to fix it. He explained clearly what was wrong and why it may take several hours to completely eradicate the viruses. He gave a minimum and maximum cost estimate dependiing on how long it took him to complete the job. We were impressed with his knowledge and asked him to install some new software for us and also improve the performance of a sluggish laptop. He extended his visit to do these tasks. He worked almost 4 hours and his charge was very reasonable. We would use Microgeek again and strongly recommend him to friends.

He came over on Labor Day. He was probably noting the desperation in my voice. He took my laptops with him and got them all cleaned up and perfect. He said my main PC was not salvageable. He advised me what to purchase and loaded all the software and got that up and running. He transferred all the old files and helped me because I had a backup system and he helped me get it loaded on. It was terrific. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had already paid $400 for a computer service to monitor my computers and that was a waste of money. For a small amount of money he actually fixed the problem. He was professional and we would definitely recommend him. There was one little glitch because he had put a password protection on my wireless and it created a problem with the wireless. I called him and he came over that day and fixed it. We have him in our most important numbers list now.

very efficient. this was a time consuming project given the four computers involved but all were fixed in a matter of days (wait time was for new hard drives to arrive) and met the deadline ahead of upcoming travel. good pricing and really do try and save you money, even found out what hardware was still under warranty and worked directly with Dell saving me cost of a new solid state drive. highly recommend.

The newly installed software failed as well, but that cannot be attributed to Azad. However, when I asked what he recommended I do next, he responded by telling me to "copy and paste files." As a solution to backing up tens of thousands of critical business files, this is an unacceptable solution and indicative of limited technical expertise. Azad is a very nice guy and I was reluctant to leave negative feedback. I would probably still recommend him to home consumers with relatively straightforward problems. But business users or individuals with critical applications should probably be prepared to pay higher rates for technicians with a greater level of expertise.

Azad came to my house (which is extremely convenient) the same evening I had e-mailed him. He was very prompt and personable. He is very good at explaining things in laymans terms and such a pleasure to work with. It took a little over two hours, but he eliminated the viruses and cleaned up my hard drive. I would not hesitate to call him again if I have a computer problem and would recommend him highly.

Everytime I turned on the computer it shut down or took over twenty minutes to load up. It continued working slowly and stalled very often. Many times the computer did not communicate with the printer. So, finally, I joined Angie's list in order to identify a reputable company. The Micro Geek was located very close to our home, so I called them thinking the I would have to wait for an appointment. Mr. Ali came the same day at the time we agreed to and worked competently. He explained what he saw and what he had to do to correct the problems my computer had. In fact he suggested that I use a password to log in, since I share this computer with a teenager. However, I forgot the password and had to call him the next day. He was very gracious and walked me through the reset process. The Micro Geek is a great company to work with and will be highly recommended my me.

He is really a great guy -- smart, kind, professional, helpful. Good price, worked hard, knows what he is doing.

Azad arrived at the appointment time we'd set. He is personable and easy to work with. I explained what was needed, and he proceeded with tremendous patience to transfer a whole lot of data from our much older computer to the new one. Because of the age of the older computer, there was no quick and easy way to make the transfer. It can be extremely awkward to have someone just waiting around your kitchen, but Azaad was pleasant and patient. In parting, he gave me several pieces of good advice about using the new computer. He was professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone with computer issues. The convenience of having someone come to the house was also great!

Azad came to our house and picked up the computer, gave us a receipt and in a day he brought it back with the mini DVD still intact.

He gave an estimate over the phone of a maximum based on his experience. He was able to work out a solution for me for less than the quote. He gave me several options with costs once he figured out the problem with the computer.

I was not in the office when he arrived, but I did call while he was here. He took the time to answer my questions over the phone and in the past, (from other computer repair people) I would genrally get an annoyed response if I interrupted them while they were working. Not only will I use him again, I believe I found finally found a computer repair professional that gets the job done....when I need it done. Thanks Angies List!!!!!

The great thing about The Micro Geek is that when I felt that l needed more help, I called him and he responded. If I had needed him to come to the house again, he would have done that. So he followed up with his work which is, to me, a very good thing.

Azad was easy to get ahold of, easy to schedule a time with, and extremely knowledgeable. Everything went well, from start to finish, and we'll definitely call again when our computer needs anything.

I used to take my machine to Geek Squad in Best Buy when I had problems before. It was always a hit-and-miss. Sometime, they had knowledgable person working at the counter, sometime you get a intern-sort of boy who doesn't know much more that I do. And I had to leave my computer there usually for a week. The bill sometimes can be surprising. It was great to find a very reliable one-man operation from Angie's list. He gave me a set price when I called, showed up on time, and did all the job he promised, and even some extra. I'll definitely use Mrico Geek's service in the future.
