The bathroom floor looks better than new. Dennis did an EXCELLENT job. He was punctual, courteous, and very professional. He brought everything that he needed to do the job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. Wish that he did other types of work - I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Dennis was extremely prompt, professional and did excellent work. He does one thing (grout) and he does it very well. His prices were very reasonable. I was very comfortable having him in my home and would not hesitate to call him again. I wish every home repair experience was this easy!

he returned my call quickly. he came over to look at the job and give his estimate at a time that worked for me. he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would for the estimate. the day of the job, he had told me he would be here between 9 and 9:30am. he was AT my door with materials in hand ready to get to work at 9am. he went straight to work. (only negative is he charges you extra to pay by credit card, so i paid him w/ a check) days later, i noticed some areas that looked like air bubbles. i emailed him and he called me back the same day. we arranged a time that worked for me for him to come over and see exactly what i was talking about and for him to do touch up work. he looked and did the touch up work in the same day. he took his shoes off at the front door every time he came into the house - he never wore his shoes in the house.

Everything went fine from start to finish – I am very happy with how my regrouted bathtub looks. I will also recommend this company to others.

He arrived on time, was really nice, did the job quickly and was gone in a few hours. He cleaned up and charged exactly what he stated in the quote.

Dennis arrived and immediately went to work stripping old caulk and replacing with grout and new caulk. The job was complete in short order and his price was as quoted.I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his services.

Kitchen tile looked fine but bathroom tiles were not done we'll. It was as if I needed to have him back to complete the cleaning.

They do a great job. They respond promptly and they do a good job. They are not necessarily the cheapest guys in town but they really do good work. I would use them in the future if I have to.

The job was quick and looked well done but within a few uses we realized we still had a leak. The person who gave us the quote returned, and upon inspection found that there was an area completely open under the lip of the tile that supported the door. It was impossible to see unless you were on your hands and knees. We had all missed it. He fixed the problem at no additional charge for the extra visit and since then we haven't had any leaks.

Retained GroutMedic (Dennis Cyr-GroutMedic franchisee that covers Montgomery County, MD) to re-grout my shower. The job was performed timely, but sloppily and unprofessionally. I contacted Dennis and attempted to have him return and complete the job again, but my calls and subsequent e-mails were ignored. This is not a professional service, but simply a relative unskilled franchisee "working from the manual" hoping to get the job done right. Take your chances but I'd stick with a real bathroom renovation company with skilled labor.

They arrived promplty. They did a great job. They sealed the grout and no mold after a year.

The results are marvelous. The walls and floors look just like new. The grout became loose by one tile about six months later and Dennis came out and regrouted it, without question. We highly recommend this service.

Dennis Cyr arrived per the agreed time, work was done in several hours, and clean up was excellent.

I used them quite a while back. I was thinking about checking on them again, checking their recent ratings, and maybe having them do something else. They did a good job with what I had them do. It wasn’t a too expensive job. My son used their different franchise and he was not happy with them; but I was happy with the franchise I used.

Job took most of the day with one worker. Looked like a lot of work! 7 months later it still looks good.

They were very responsive and easy to work with. They showed up on time and did a good job.

As I said above, it went very well. He was in and out in about 2 hours. Very pleasant and professional to deal with.
