Description of Work: Mr. Dennis Cyr did some major re-grouting in the shower stalls of our two bathrooms. He also spotted some additional work that needed to be done involving floor tiles and around a bathroom tub. The extra work he did at no added cost to his estimate. Mr. Cyr is affable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave us some excellent advice about day to day care and cleaning of our tub and shower. A very nice guy and a real pro!

Description of Work: Recaulk shower and reseal shower. Remove caulk from toilet. Did a great job.

Description of Work: Regrout shower where floor meets walls and replace 5 tiles around jacuzzi tub. Did a nice job, price a bit high in my opinion but very responsive and came when he said he would.

Description of Work: Regrouted and caulked the base of a shower. It has not leaked, but it looked messy afterwards. I should have complained then.

Description of Work: Mr. Dennis Cyr, Grout Medic proprietor, failed to call to make arrangements to make basement available, and thus service was not provided. After waiting for over a month to have this grout and tile work done, the provider's lack of reliability and professionalism are unacceptable.

Description of Work: Replaced grout that had been improperly installed by someone else. As a result of the work we were able to save an expensive porcelain tile floor, saving us several thousand dollars. I would definitely use The Grout Medic again and recommend him to friends.

Description of Work: Dennis came out to give us an estimate for grout cleaning. He looked at our floor and told us not to spend our money since the grout was not that bad and he was afraid that the process would harm the gloss on our tile. Can't beat that for honesty!

Description of Work: After my basement flooded with sewage, carpet was ripped out and we discovered ceramic tile floors underneath. We were worried about the grout soaking up the sewage, and anyway the grout was ugly--unevenly black around white tiles with a blue-grey pattern. The Grout Medic came out and steam cleaned all the grout, removing paint spatters from the tile in the process, and restained the grout to compliment the tile. Now it looks too good to hide under wall to wall carpet!
