He was professional and organized from his prompt arrival, how he organize his tools and work area as well as responding to my questions in a curtious, pleasant manner.

I’ve always been happy with them. We have used them many times and will definitely call them again if there is a problem.

He came at the time he said he would. He's very friendly. He doesn't seem to cost a lot. He is a nice, honest guy.

Arrived about 15 minutes early. Worked on the dryer for about 15 minutes, and it turned out all it needed was lubrication of the bearing, not a replacement, which clearly saved a lot of money. Jeff has been our 'appliance guy' for many years - from fixing a refrigerator to purchasing (through him) and installing of a new stove and dishwasher. He is professional and extremely competent, and a great person. I recommend him most highly.

He is a nice, quiet gentlemen that comes in and does his work well. He is reasonably priced and dedicated to his work. We have used him in the past and will continue to use him.

One evening, we realized that our stove top was working, but our oven wasn't heating. The next morning, we called Jeff's Appliance Service. He agreed to come over to our house as soon as we got home from work that day. We were glad that we didn't have to use any leave. He arrived right on time. We noticed that his toolbox was in excellent shape and he seemed to be well organized, in general. Moreover, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. He diagnosed the problem quickly and confidently. We learned that he has lived in the Beltsville area for a very long time. He was familiar with our community and spoke easily about the different appliances he has found in the homes in our area. It really set our minds at ease. We recommended him to a friend who had a similar problem and she had a good experience, as well.

Excellent service. Jeff is a one-man operation. He takes calls and makes appointments in the morning and is out doing service calls in the afternoon. He is professional, and his work is very reasonably priced. While he was fixing the microwave he gave me a tip about the proper type of detergent to use for my dishwasher which solved an overflow problem.

He came and looked at the stove and then had to order the new burner. He arranged a time that was good for me, came back and installed the burner. Jeff has kept this 1970s era stove running for years and says it's better made than anything I could buy today. He has also kept my old gas dryer running.

He is very forth-right about when he can get there. He has very fair prices. He's not out to get your money, he just wants to do the work. He is very good and quick. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He is also very thorough.

Jeff got it working again, but at the same time gave us on honest evaluation that it would be better if we considered replacing the oven as many of of the parts would no longer be available.

HE WAS SO GOOD. HE DIDN'T OVERCHARGE US AND THE BEST ONE WE'VE HAD COME OUT SO FAR. PRICE WAS GREAT AND HE EVEN FIXED THE DRYER SO WE COULD STILL USE IT WHILE HE WAS SEARCHING FOR THE PART.

Jeff is a one man shop and is pretty much the brother of Alcoa. My experience has been great with him. If I would have called anyone else, they would have wanted to charge me $100 to $150 just to come and look at the thing. Then they want to call you back and tell me the job is going to cost $300. I don t have time for that. I would rather just go buy a new appliance. Jeff does not do that. Jeff will also tell you if you should buy a new appliance or not. He does not want you to spend anymore than you have to. I have used him before and he is wonderful. His prices are great and his work is great. He did come out and look at the dishwasher but we had already decided to buy a new one because we were unable to get him out here quick enough. He did not charge us for coming out.

We called Jeff's Appliances on Tues. evening. He returned the call the next day. He came on time late in the afternoon several days later, which was convenient for our schedule. We felt no urgency since we were using the refrigerator in the basement. He repaired the refrigerator quickly and efficiently.

I am the owner of a small property management company. I have used Jeff's Appliance Service many, many times over the years. He is reliable; his recommendations are completely trustworthy and his charges are very, very reasonable.
