Description of Work: They repaired my stairwell and window wells, they stopped all the water from coming into my home. arrived on time and finished as they said they would. Very polite. Salesman followed up on the work, a real joy to have them perform work.

Description of Work: I called Aquaguard on a Saturday after discovering water in my basement. The woman on the phone was very nice and made an appointment for us on Tuesday between 6-8 pm. On Monday night, the woman called to confirm the appointment and recommended that we look at their website for information. On Tuesday, no one showed up. At 8:30 pm, I called and the person first said that the person was probably running behind. He confirmed my telephone call and promised to call back in 15 minutes with an update, noting that I was an Angie's List member. He never called back. While I was unnerved that the company was a no-show, it may have been a blessing if this is the kind of customer service the company gives.

Description of Work: There was no work performed. The ''inspector'' kept emphasizing that he was not a salesman, then kept acting like a salesman, asking ''tell me what I have to do to earn your business.'' The estimate was $5,300 after discount. We've gotten two other estimates since then, each half or less the amount the first company charged with total disagreement with the method which Aquaguard said it would have to use to do the work (i.e., rip out a large part of one wall, drill into the floor, do the work, not repair the floor, etc. On top of that, company representatives called us no less than 15 times in the next 4 days trying to sell us their services. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, even without them ever having done any work.
