"We apologize that this Angies List member was not satisfied with the outcome of this project. There is more to this story than is written in this review and we have been to this members house many times. Another contractor did not follow the protocol we provide once the waterproofing system was installed on when to put up new wall coverings. We advised the member to not replace any covering over exposed cinder block for a period of time to allow enough dry time. Regardless the member is not happy and we are reviewing our files to see where this project went wrong in the homeowner eyes. There was no inspection report provided to me nor any indication that he did anything at all. The pump in my basement is sealed and was still sealed after his "inspection".
I prepaid for this service through Angie's List.

Yes when we are breaking concrete no matter how much ecapsualtion we provide there will be dust and is a common occurance with this type of project.
