CON said that when he spoke to the PRO they seemed nice but the TECH that came out was very rude, was not very well kept looking and when the TECH came out and gave him the amount it was very different from what he was originally quoted. He will not be using this company again.

I was very pleased with the service. The gentlemen came on time. Explained what they planned to do and what extras might be added on to the advertised promotional fee. I felt they dd a great job and would hire them again. My only recommendation would be that their receptionist explain in a bit more detail that the promotional price was not for a complete service package.

They really didn't clean up after themselves like they should have. I tried to get them to clean up, but they didn't - hence the loss of a star.

This company raised their prices multiple times during the process of my project. They were careless with my home and they didn't listen to me. I recently had my home painted and new flooring installed, and the company did not cover the new flooring and were not careful to not get the walls and floors dirty. When the air is on, I can see the dust accumulating on there, and my home is becoming more dirty. I was disappointed in the work completed and I would never ever recommend or use them again. I feel lied to and taken advantage of.
