This company was very responsive. Owner was on vacation but called to talk to me and explained what was goin hon. They gave me options as to what I needed to do and allowed me room for research. Punctual and very customer focused!

Kind, prompt and thoroug services were provided. Even quoted a great price for new furnace and AC unit system. Will hire back to replace in Spring! After furnace matter, hired them to clean air ducts and dryer...we feel the difference in the air.

I would have that the company was amazing and they fell well into my budget and i love their service. they were profession. I actually have then working on another job as well through home advisor. Will be using Home advisor again.

Make sure and get names as to who you would contact in case of any problems/emergencies and especially phone numbers. Do they respond for service on weekends and what hours if needed.

Very affordable. They installed my new HVAC system in one day. I called on a holiday and they came out the next day.

They got a technician to me the day I called and I was truly grateful. The only negative is the technician did not give me an invoice or written information about what was done and what I need to do in the fall when I have to worry about the heating. I sent an email and I still have not received that information. Other than that, I thought the work was good.

The tech was late but was knowledgeable. Didn't take long to diagnose the issue. They even provided approximate pricing for the replacement part.

They provided the Nest Thermostat - it was brand new and latest technology. installed it correctly and was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. overall very pleased and very impressed

These guys responded quickly to an emergency regarding our HVAC and were able to fix the problem even on a holiday. Would highly recommend especially for emergency situations as they will come to fix your problem quickly!

I just wanted to have the Freon (r22) topped off. They were suggesting that I replace the air conditioner since it was over 20 years old. I said I'll wait until it dies. Since I was not in the market for a new unit, they recommended replacing the compressor contactor and capacitor, good preventive measures. I agreed.

Great business ethics Other contractors inflated their price while AQT gave me an excellent price for their service. Cleaned up after service. Explained things. Will use them again and spread the word about this company.

She listened to what I needed, contacted a technician to discuss the details, and the appointment was setup for the next day. I was clear on what I was paying for the part and service.
