Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. When the AL deal popped up for general roof maintenance, I purchased hoping they could also provide an estimate on leak repair. Turns out that it was a simple fix, and was included in the package I purchased.

+ 2 moreJim did an excellent job. He arrived early on a Saturday and finished the indoor work so that we would be free to come and go in the afternoon. All the work was done very professionally and looks beautiful.
Description of Work: Entry door from garage was replaced. Wood under and trim around front door was replaced due to termite damage. Water damaged wood trim on house was replaced with composite material, as was some wood around the base of a porch pillar. Gutters were repaired and cleaned.

I called Jim, and he returned my call that evening, arranged to come to the next morning for an estimate. He came to take a look on time as promised, and gave a very reasonable estimate and was able to do the repairs on the spot! He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience. Would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Jim Wilcox responded quickly to our call for an estimate regarding our roof, and came quickly to survey our problem and give us an estimate. Other companies had told us we needed to replace the roof. Jim said the problem was most likely the roof ridge vent, and we should be able to get another 5 years or so out of our roof. Where other estimates were around $6000, WS Enterprises' quote was $225. We had the ridge vent repaired, our leaks stopped, and we can now save to have the roof replaced in time. We were very pleased with the responsiveness, honesty, and the quick work of WS enterprises. (Once we gave the go-ahead, the work was done within three days.) Thanks, Jim!

+ -1 moreFrom the first time Jim Wilcox came out to estimate the job, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. A family-owned business, Jim's son, Abe, is the job foreman and, in fact, personally did most of the work himself. Abe is respectful, pleasant, and extremely competent. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do in the time-frame promised, and left at the end of each day having cleaned up. I live in a condo building, and not one complaint was received from neighbors during this extensive demolition and construction project. Likewise, there were no surprised when it came time to sign the contract and then pay the bill. Everything was as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Completely gutted and rebuilt two bathrooms, including installation of a walk-in shower. New kitchen countertop, sink, and undercabinet lighting. All new bamboo-patterned laminate flooring throughout. Both baths have tile floors, new vanities, sinks, and hardware. Rooms were painted, and touch-ups throughout where necessary.

From patching, which would have lasted for a short duration, to doing a more comprehensive job that will maintain over a longer period of time. So far, so good. I have just hired him again to install a skylight.
Description of Work: Patched holes and cracks in the roof and reroofed with torch on modified bituman roof material and coated with aluminum roof coating.
