Outstanding. He does all our work. Best ever happen Over the last two years he had done a lot of work for us. A complete kitchen remodel for my mother house. The cabinet was beautiful and details is outstanding. Also, work with my sister house.

The job was a roof replacement, using HD shingles, with extra repair/replacement of fascia pieces damaged in a storm. The roof size is a standard sized, single family colonial with a screened-in porch addition. Abe and crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Abe was on time and very responsive in delivering an estimate with assorted options for materials. Once contracted, service commenced within a week. All services, tear-down, new roof, clean-up, removal of debris, and scanning for stray nails across the surrounding yard were completed in a very full day. The job was done in April 2018. This report is written in Jan 2019. In between, the new roof has withstood, perfectly, numerous rain and wind and sleet storm events throughout the wettest year in Maryland ever. Have had no problems whatsoever with the roof. I recommend WS Contractors and owner, Abe, without reservation for any roofing or other job in their suite of services.

Not very responsive and too expensive

WS Contractors was excellent! Mr. Wilcox arrived on time to do the work, explained to me what he was doing and why. He went out of his way to find replacement shingles that would match. It looks so much better and is now water tight, all at a reasonable cost.

I made numerous calls and emails to the company then they stopped responding. THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I know this is a small job and I was willing to pay them but they only seem interested if you are doing a big job.

Work was professionally done, cleanup was thorough, and they were on time. Abe was also great about working with me on the best use of insurance money, great bang for the buck!

Abe responded quickly and repaired the damage at a very reasonable cost.

We have used WS several times and they always do outstanding work. We had several choices of materials and Abe explained the process in detail. They used quality materials and the roof looks great! The area was cleaned up and the whole job went well. We are also pleased how great the interior door looks.

The owner/contractor was very professional, personable and forthright during the negotiation and proposal process. The roofing job was well supervised and performed according to specs and had a great looking finished product with the GAF timberline ultraHD asphalt shingle. The roofers cleaned up after themselves and magnetically swept the property. The test over time with any contractor will be responsiveness in addressing any warranty issues if they occur. The 10 year labor warranty (by the contractor); and, the 40 year product warranty ( by GAF) that begins prorating after the 10th year is reassuring.

I got 3 quotes from local contractors I found on Angie's List. They were all within my estimate for the itemized work list. All the quotes were reasonable and I felt they all do quality work. My final decision came down to the work breakdown and the final quoted costs. I decided to go with WS Contractors, Inc and have no regrets. I worked with Abe Wilcox through the whole process. He was on the job site performing some of the work, monitoring progress, and helping out whenever the need arises. Abe and his crew completed all the work in a timely manner and the crew was knowledgeable and professional at all times. The work and siding materials all are warranted. It's been 3 months since the work was completed and I needed no call backs for any of the work completed. I would highly recommend WS Contractors, Inc and would definitely hire them for any future work. Approximate cost: I want to respect the quote process so I budgeted $ 20,000 for this work and WS Contractors came in significantly less than that and was the lowest overall.

They arrived promptly and were able to complete the project in about 30 minutes. They were also willing to work around my schedule. Great experience.

I was more than pleased with this job from start to finish. Abe Wilcox kept me informed, was always on time, completed the job within 12 days of signing the contract, and did it for less the other bids. His crew of roofers were hard working, polite, and left my property as clean as if they hadn't been there. Now I have the best looking roof on the block and covered gutters too!

Abe was great in communicating the price of the Attic Fan and answering all my questions in regards to what type of fans I could select from and the price for each to be installed. The installation was quick and they provided all the information we needed. We were very satisfied with the install and dealing with the company. Great job, we would highly recommended their services.

Super nice and super professional. They noticed I had a couple of shingles missing. I had some extras in my shed and they were nice enough to replace them without charge... Rare these days for sure!!

I had Abe look at another issue with my chimney/roof while he was here and he explained the problem to me. I plan to have him back to do the repairs. Superb service! was contacted within one day & installation the following day. Knowledgeable, professional & reliable. Upgraded to premium fan w/humidistat. Noticed immediate results in heat load & humidity in our home.

Job went extremely well. Absolutely no perceptible evidence of joints or seams in trim work. Painting is flawless. Mailbox post is new, matches HOA standard and is completely straight (plumb) and level. So far, no signs or fear of leaks in house. I didn't even have to be at home to get work done. Abe Wilcox and I communicated by e-mail. I took pictures and sent them. We agreed on a date. I left paint inside an unlocked garage door that day and left. When I returned, the garage was locked and all the work done. Abe e-mailed me the invoice.

Went great. Abe and assistant arrived when expected, worked efficiently, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after completing the job. The fan works well to relieve our second floor of rising heat, and looks as good as one could hope from the exterior. Would use again and would recommend.

Abe showed up on time and finished within a half hour. Explained the job was professional and easy to work with. The fan and work is warrantied for 10 years so I'm happy and would hire again!

Everything went great. I bought the offer on Monday evening. I was promptly contacted by Abe on Tuesday morning and installation was set up for Thursday afternoon. Abe called when they were on the way to my house and installation was complete within one hour. My upstairs already feels cooler!
