JD Michael Construction supported all activities associated with our new build from property review, site selection, demolition, land survey, all facets of permitting for new home construction, all aspects of subcontractor management, overall project management, architectural review, framing, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, siding, window installation, trim and door installation, custom built stairs, kitchen/bathroom design, driveway installation, concrete slab construction, local public works liaison, plumbing, electrical and post production activities. This is our fourth project with JD Michael Construction and we look forward to many more in the near future.

Joe, Rick, and the team were absolutely wonderful!! We had used them previously to make some upgrades to a kitchen in our old home and they did such a great job with that project we called them back to assist with our full-reno of our master bathroom and bedroom. They did not disappoint! Joe and Rick are so easy to work with. They were trustworthy, honest, reliable, and perform great work. Everything you could want in a crew! We plan to use them again in the future when we're ready to do more updates. We feel like we hit the jackpot with them.

It went awesome. From the very start, even during the estimate phase, I was impressed with Joe`s knowledge, honesty and professionalism. I would definitely use them again.

The supplies were delivered a day ahead. They arrived on time got the job done in a day and a half. They are definitely our go to handyman for the next job

Work rtfs were knowledgable, professionals who knew what they were doing. They gave us a time line for the work and finished the job up in a timely manner. I would use them again if I was planning any more jobs.

Excellent. I recently moved to Maryland after my husband's passing. So, I was Blessed to find someone who was honest and could be trusted. The Contract was written listing everything that was to be done, how much it would cost and when the payment was due. This way there were no surprises or hidden costs. Since I was working with a budget this was very helpful. When ever I had a question, he called me back promptly which I appreciated. Plus the fact that Joe lives in my neighborhood was good to know!

I highly recommend Joe and his team. I needed work done for an insurance claim as well as additional upgrades. The entire condo was remodeled, including flooring, drywall repairs, paint, new appliances, bathroom plumbing, etc. I received a couple estimates and Joe’s was the most thorough and best value. Throughout the process he and his team were professional and prompt and had great attention to detail. After the work was done, he followed up to ensure I was happy with everything. I would definitely hire this company again.

Very trustworthy, responsive and reliable. Renovated our kitchen and installed hardwood over 2 years ago. We did not consider anyone else when we decided to renovate our hall bath 3 months ago.

We, 500 Majestic Properties, have worked with JD Michael Construction for over two years on several projects. Our most recent project was the complete renovation of 1723 Carrs Mill Rd. Joe, from JD Michael, was involved in every aspect of the project, from initial renovation analysis, budget generation/management, permitting, and beyond. Their primary role was as GC, managing the overall schedule, subcontractor work force, materials management, and interface with local permitting/inspector community. Due to the size and complexity of this effort, JD Michael also performed many general construction activities, to include framing, general carpentry, painting, tiling, cabinetry installation, and more. Beyond excellent workmanship and communication skills, JD Michael was very diligent in their selection of the subcontractor workforce and managed them without scheduling or timing conflicts. On the occasion when a subcontract needed special attention, JD Michael quickly and professional dealt with the vendor to resolve any issue to insure the work was performed in a timely manner with no interruption to other vendors or schedules. We are about to start on another renovation project and we’ve already signed the deal to work with JD Michael Construction.

I learned about JD Construction from a neighbor who had recently hired and recommended them. We are putting our home on the market and were looking for a contractor who could help us make updates and repairs. Joe and his team did an excellent job! We are so satisfied with his work that we are planning to use them again once we get settled in our new home. Aside from their great work, JD Construction communicated well and I felt comfortable letting them work in my home while I was away at the office. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Joe Delfine from JD Michael Construction was the general contractor/project manager for a whole house renovation. Joe supported our process from pre-purchase of the house through the renovation and working the inspection list for our eventual sale. Joe managed every aspect of the renovation managing more than 25 subcontractors and a budget close to $150,000. This included formal renovation design, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor management, financial management procurement, scheduling, and safety and quality control. Joe's tenants of safety, quality and timeliness were key to our successful and profitable renovation. The job consisted of: design, complete demolition of the interior/exterior down to bare studs, demolition and removal of a two story concrete out building, procurement of materials and oversight for new siding and roof, all new windows, electrical and plumbing, subfloor repair and installation, new hardwood/carpet/tile flooring, new drywall throughout the entire house, paint, trim, cabinet/vanity installation, lighting, and more. This project was successful because JD Michael positively supported every aspect of the project. We are continuing to work with Joe/JD Michael Construction on another project as well as future projects.

The summer was plagued with rain that can really stall an outdoor project such as deck building. This team would show up in late afternoons and slog through the muddy yard to get the work done in a timely fashion. They were friendly, efficient and very tolerant of our two dogs who needed to be under foot constantly. In the end we now have a beautiful new deck that exceeded our expectations.

Avid Services did excellent work. In addition, they finished on time as planned. They were very diligent and meticulous. They made sure after each major installation that we were satisfied before moving on to the next part of the job. The workers were very respectful and careful in the care of our home. The gentleman who installed our cabinets (Scott) was a master at his craft. He genuinely cared about the overall look of the finished product and was creative in working out solutions to improve the function and style of the cabinetry. This was indeed a great experience. I would recommend Avid Services to anyone who is serious about having a high-end kitchen constructed.

The installation and remodeling went very well. The brick work was exceptional.
