JD Michael Construction is great. This is now the third or fourth project they have worked on for us. Consultation was easy and Joe is very responsive and easy to work with. We had some issues with the door being delivered broken and Joe took care of the work to get it replaced. Installation was smooth and took a single day like Joe stated. Installers were friendly and professional. JD Michael Construction is my go to for any home projects larger than i want to handle.

Joe, the owner of JD Michael Construction, and his crews are top-notch. When we embarked on a very personal new construction project - the building of a tiny house on our property for a family member - Joe was the first and only contractor that we interviewed, as we felt comfortable with his knowledge, skill, and fair pricing at our first meeting. (It helped that he also came highly recommended by a trusted friend.) Joe’s honesty and integrity were evident from the beginning, and his knowledge and skill in building and coordinating new construction shone through the project every step of the way. Joe hired specialized crews who shared the same attention to detail that he has, resulting in a solidly-built and beautifully-finished structure that not only met every need of our family member, but also added to the aesthetic of our property. New construction is a stressful and long process, but Joe walked us through every step of the way with patience, skill, creativity, and solid understanding of permits, codes, and inspections. JD Michael did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. It turned out beautiful and they were very professional, easy to work with, and clean. I will continue to hire them for any repairs/remodels in the future!

Leaks at doors. Lens fell from overhead light. Carport pad paint job peeling. Attempt to fix leak and peeling paint but still a problem. Notified about lens and evidently feels he doesn’t need to correct it. I wouldn’t hire him.

It went great!!! They did a great job and were willing and able to accommodate our needs for the deck staining and repair... will definitely hire again for the next project!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience that ended with a beautiful bathroom. Joe and all of the contractors that came in and out of the house were easy to communicate with, friendly and did a phenomenal job. My wife is all ready talking about the next project :). JD Michael Construction Inc. is a company that is reliable and honest. Joe was sympathetic and supportive of our sudden need to create additional living space for an elderly relative. From the beginning, he and his team were considering of the needs and abilities of the person who would inhabit the new space. Work moved along at a good pace, and the area was kept clean. Care was taken to protect the adjacent areas, and disruption was minimized. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive. All concerns were quickly addressed, and the final result meet our expectations. We would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The work was done on time and within contracted costs despite delays in permit inspections due to coved limitations. Windows, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, and necessary insulation - all work was done in a quality manner. The job was excellent. From contacting for a quote, to the walk through, to finishing JD Michaels construction was exemplary in execution. The laundry center alcove is just what I was quoted. Even though we had to reorder due to a shipment breakage they were very prompt finishing the project once the product arrived.

We can not say enough about how wonderful Joe and his team were during the entire process. Not only were they professional and the most reasonably priced, but the work they did was impeccable and I really enjoyed working with his crew. Working from home could be challenging when having work done, but I loved having them! Respectful, punctual, and always cleaned up after themselves. They were very sweet with our kids and dogs too! We can’t wait to remodel our kitchen so we can have them back again!

They were on time, nice, and it went much quicker than I expected! They were clean. Nothing for to clean up at all! The windows are a good product and look beautiful. So thankfuI found them. Oh and the price was MUCH less! I will call them first next time for any remodeling.

Joe Delfino finished my basement and built my deck...his attention to detail and punctuality is what really stuck out. Job was completed in time frame given and prices were far less than similar estimates. Would highly recommend doing yourself a favor and talking to Joe before selecting a contractor!
