Very professional.

It went great!! I came home from running errands. When I opened my garage door, the door came completely off the tracks. I started to panic. I called around to several places,and no one was available. I called Eastern Overhead door, and they came out to my home within 2 hours. It was a last minute service call, and they had no problem scheduling me. When they came out, they inspected the door and track, fixed it, and explained to me what on earth happened. The cost was reasonable especially when it was last minute. I would use them again. Thank you so much.

A spring on my garage door broke while I was away from home. I was surprised to find the problem, but called my home service contract company who assigned the service request to Eastern Overhead Door. I was contacted within an hour to discuss the problem and they were able to schedule a service call for the same day. The gentleman that came to do the repair was very good at explaining the problem, recommending a repair and even gave me tips for maintaining my garage doors and garage door opener. He worked around the items stored in my garage, which saved me from having to move a lot of furniture and boxes out to complete the repair. The repair was completed promptly. The prompt service really relieved my concern about the safety of this entrance to my home.

Eastern Overhead Door was extremely prompt, professional and reliable. They came to give me an estimate, reviewed my options and provided a time frame for installation. They came back to install the garage door openers within two days, and gave me a quick education on the features. They also helped me to program the remotes in my car. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Purchased 2 Steel Entry Doors Parts only and picked up from Warehouse. Salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Email response was a bit lacking and slow but once I got through by phone all went well. Would definately use again in the future. The product though a bit expensive is of the best quality. I called several providers to repair an old garage door whose springs had broken. I had several estimates to repair, but only Eastern Overhead explained why it would be better to replace with a new one for only a little more. They did the work when they said they would, communicated well, and did a good job. I appreciated their promptness in taking care of a time-sensitive situation. I would use them again.

This company was very good to work with. The company rep I talked to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable on what he thought the problem was. The repairman who arrived to do the work (Scott) was also very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I believe this company is very honest to deal with, as I suppose they could have just told me I needed a new door, but they didn't. However, Eastern Overhead Door does replace garage doors. Because of my experience with this company, when ours needs to be replaced, I will definitely call them to do the work.

Jack and his crew are very responsive and professional. I called at 9am on a Monday morning and they were at my house by noon. They evaluated the problem and made recommendations for work that needed to be done immediately and work that could be put off until a later date. Jack explained what he was going to do and why he recommended doing each work item. He gave me a cost estimate prior to starting work and then was able to complete the job in an hour. The team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even made some modifications to a garage door opener that was not set up properly when it was installed by a different contractor. I will definitely call Jack at Eastern Overhead Door in the future.
