They did an excellent job. I used them twice. The first time I paid them $160 and the second time was $60. The price was good. They called ahead and they were on time. The two guys working were courteous. It couldn't have been any better.

Job was smooth from start to finish. John and his crew were very professional. They were very efficient and had a big dump truck to haul away the items. I will certainly hire them again in the future.

My experience with them was totally positive. John returned my message within a half-hour of my call. He was very thorough in the questions he asked me and in the information he gave on the phone. He began the conversation by asking if I needed his services during that week ; if I did, he would refer me to someone else ,as he was booked up. I appreciated his bringing this up early in the conversation, because if the dates didn't fit, we would not have to pursue the conversation further. We agreed on a date (for the following week) and a price. He said he would call me the night before he was scheduled to come, something that I really appreciated and have not experienced with some other providers. To me this showed thoroughness and professionalism. As promised, he phoned me the night before the date of service, and said he would be here at 8 am the next morning. At EXACTLY 8 am, he and his men were at my front door. (Again, I have not experienced timeliness with some other providers, so I really appreciated this.) John and his assistants were professional and personable. Not only did they remove the items I requested (along with another small item I asked if they could include), but they helped us decide that other furniture needed to be repositioned before the new items were delivered -- and then repositioned it. There was no additional charge for hauling the extra item or repositioning the furniture. While John and his men were there, my boyfriend (whose imminent move into my house was the reason for having things hauled away) arranged for him to remove any trash that remained in his apartment after his movers were finished. That work will occur tomorrow. I plan to use him again in the future, as well.

The interaction with them was great. It was quick and simple. We would definitely use them again in the future.

We had left a message for them and the guy we dealt with called us back, which was good. He was really polite and nice when he came out. He did the job well. They carried out all the stuff that we couldn?t do ourselves. They were excellent. They did what they were supposed to do and there was nothing wrong with them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I called Trash-b-Gone on Thursday and Mr. John and his crew squeezed me in on Saturday. The initial estimate was $125-150. Mr. John confirmed the appointment on Friday and showed up at 2PM. He called ahead to make sure I would be home. Clean up took less than 30min, the treadmill was a snap to get out of the basement (something I can't do myself) and the crew swept the driveway after putting the brush and bricks in the truck. I used the Angie's list coupon and the total ended up being $90. I'll be calling back this spring when we start moving and planting in the spring.

Got an estimate from John on a Wednesday evening. The following Saturday he and a crew came by to pick up the garbage. They were always courteous and punctual. They even went the extra mile to sweep up afterwards. Highly recommended.

John and his crew, Eddie,Keith,Leon and Ronald have a "can do" attitude. They are strong, willing and able. Their manners are impeccable. John assesses access areas, gets the owner's permission before moving his truck and is mindful of the safety of his crew and the care of the property. They worked very quickly and packed the truck without any space going to waste. I know that I will have John and his crew back.

I got an estimate in person the day after I called, and scheduled pickup for the following Wednesday. They arrived and, during a pouring rain, loaded all of the debris from my driveway, and when everything was in the truck, raked and cleaned the area when they were done. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

I was quoted by another guy that had a pick up truck versus this provider with a dump truck and I would recommend using the dump truck as your option.

John is very friendly and trustworthy. He got back to me soon after I called. He demolished the shed and also had to remove 6 railroad ties embedded in the ground and had to remove all of the debris about 100 feet to the truck. When I came home the shed was gone and the area was clean. He stuck with his original estimate even after learning about the railroad ties. This is the second time I have used him for hauling needs.

He was okay. He ran into one of many retainer walls in my parking pad which I was not too happy about. His price was good for what he did, though.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate. Vendor arrived on time surveyed the job and furnished a not to exceed estimate. I engaged them after establishing that I would receive the Angie's List discount. The three person crew was fast, thorough, careful and professional. The job required remove and hauling two large dump truck loads of trash. The house was left in broom clean condition. I received a follow-up call to make sure that I was fully satisfied. Overall an excellent experience.

They were excellent. It was a very muddy day and they were very careful about not getting any mud on the carpet. They did everything exactly as I wanted them to do and were very helpful. I gave them a very short time and they managed to come very quickly. I give them A's on all categories and I will use them again.

John called me back that evening and we scheduled the pickup for 2 days later. He called as we agreed about a half hour before arriving so that I would know he was on the way. The crew was very professional at removing the items and taking them away. Overall the whole process went very well.
