John Lilly was very prompt in returning messages and scheduling the work. Crew was conscientious and worked quickly. Shed was removed with no issues and all debris disposed of.

I got an email from John about the pricing for cleaning up my yard and removing weeds. However, he said that I have to pay full price up front with a personal check before he would come out and start working.

They were top notch. While moving the furniture they took there time and treated my house as it was their own.

I called John a few days before Thanksgiving and he gave me a quote of $150-$200 to complete the job depending on details. Well, holidays got busy for me and I ended up calling back a few weeks later to schedule. John answered the phone every time and was very responsive. He asked if we talked before and I said yes, he asked if he quoted me a price and I said yes. He asked what it was and I told him and he said OK than that's what it is. Scheduling was easy to fit both our schedules. John said he would call the day before to confirm and he did which is great. Day of the job, which was scheduled between 1 and 3, John called at 2pm and advised he would be at the first location in 45 minutes. Sure enough I arrived there at 2:40pm and John and his crew were there at 2:45pm. Punctuality was amazing. Once inside the house, John and his crew did not move anything until there was a thought out plan to make sure no damage occurred inside. They were respectful and mindful of walls/railings/floors as to not scratch or ding anything. The whole crew had a great sense of humor and were really down to earth. It was a heavy piece of equipment and they did a great job getting it out of the house without any incidents. Now mind you, they are used to hauling junk and it usually doesn't matter if items they are moving break. However, this was a move and the item could not break- they all totally took their time to take care of the item and make sure it was moved safely. The job was probably tougher than expected and they moved that treadmill to my house and placed it where we wanted. I am sure that was tough to maneuver as well. John and is crew were amazing and smiled during the whole job. They held true to what they said they would do and executed perfectly. I have no doubt if I ever need anything moved or hauled I would call back without even thinking about it. Great Job!!!

Trash - B -Gone responded very promptly, communicated well, arrived on time and did an excellent job. The owner quoted a fair price for the work performed. The crew worked hard and were friendly and courteous. Overall they did more than I expected, and took special care to separate tools and toys from the junk. The crew picked up additional trash that they noticed around my house, even though it was not in the original pile. I would highly recommend and will use their service again.

We were getting our floors redone in the entire home, so we needed to move all of our furniture out of the house and/or into our basement. We used Trash B Gone to help us move everything out, then hired them to move everything back in the following week. John's crew -- TJ, Keith & Tim -- showed up on time, ready to work, and were very friendly. This was a big job -- not a typical hauling job -- but they did it efficiently and with no complaint. They also took care not to bump into walls, scratch floors, etc. And John charged a very reasonable fee. We were really pleased.

Exceptional service. I was originally quoted a price of $225 over the phone. After the job was completed, the owner (John) said that the job was not as big as he thought when he provided the original estimate. He reduced the bill to $175. The crew was polite, very quick and did a nice job of cleaning up after all the trash was loaded. They were extraordinarily punctual. All around terrific.

They gave me a very reasonable price, because I explained that I had just forgotten it. They provided very courteous, very prompt and professional service. I really liked them. They were very prompt in getting back to me. They were very good about communicating when, where and what they did, and what I should do to prepare for them. They were willing to haul anything. It was the inclusiveness of the offer, the promptness and courtesy of the service that really impressed me. I would definitely call them again if I had any other needs in that area.

Trash B Gone is an organized and proficient company. John & crew arrived on time and after I showed them the piles of stuff that were to be removed they assessed the job and were $50.00 lower than the initial over-the-phone quote. They removed everything from the basement and the garage, packed it "neatly" on the truck, cleaned the areas of all debris and trash. In & out areas look brand new. Very well worth the money and my time.

I was moving and I needed to get rid of the items listed above. I sent the info and pictures online and heard from John very promptly. I believe it was the next day that he came to the house and hauled everything off. His estimate over the phone was higher than what he actually charged after he got a first-hand look at the amount of stuff, so I would judge him to be very fair and honest.

This guy was fabulous. He was friendly and respectful. He arrived on time and seemed honest.

I had acquired a number of paint cans, lumber scraps, broken electronics, etc. The sort of stuff that accumulates one at a time over a number of years, then suddenly is too much to fit in the trunk. Even though it was a small job, Trash B Gone brought over 4 people, and they had everything loaded into their truck in about twenty minutes. They charged me $150, which must be their job minimum. I was very happy with their service.

The service was quick and efficient.

If there was a grade higher than A John Lilly deserves it. He showed up right away took all the stuff that other haulers said would be extra for the same price as their Angie's list deal. Then they carried the crazy heavy treadmill that my friends the contractor and the delivery guy refused to even consider moving. To go to anyone else is just plain dumb.

A great find. Fast response. Friendly service. Fairly priced. I will defintely use them again.

While this is not the type of job Trash B Gone usually does, it was completed in a timely and thorough manner. John and his crew were prompt and professional throughout the 2 days of work this took. Everything was hauled away and the yard was left looking as if a landscaping company had come through. While the weather was far from cooperative, TBG worked with their schedule to get the job done with no inconvenience to me. An outstanding job was done and I will not hesitate to use TBG for any service they can provide.

They did a GREAT job. They were right on time, the price was right and they did great work. They removed everything quickly even raked the dirt to even it out where the pile of debris was in my backyard. John and his coworker are both good guys. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Trash-B-Gone did an excellent job! I was so glad to see them and I was certainly not disappointed in their work. These 3 gentlemen were wonderful to work with, pleasant, hard working, I was so impressed with the job and the cost of the job, which was a huge job, that I did invite them back when their schedule allows. GREAT JOB!!!!!

John and crew were punctual, professional, and provided a better than expected job removing the trash from my patio area. In addition, they were quick and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I would absolutely reuse and recommend these guys to my friends and neighbors.

Michael was very responsive, calling me back within hours of my leaving a voice mail message. I described the type of stuff we needed hauled and sent him a photo via my cell phone but Michael was unable to give me a quote over the phone. He said it was difficult to judge how much stuff I had. He offered to come by, look at the stack and then give us a no-obligation quote. I was very hesitant at first because most other companies I called were able to give me an estimate over the phone. But we set the appt anyway. I'm glad we did. Maybe it was my misunderstanding, but I though Michael was going to call us around 9:30 or so when he left the first job of the morning, which would mean that he would get to our house around 10:30. We didn't get a call until 11am, just as I was assuming Trash B Gone would be a no show. Michael said he would be at our house by noon, and he was. He viewed our huge stack of stuff, which was consolidated into an area of about 8' x 8', and gave us a price that we knew was reasonable because of the other quotes we had received. We agreed to his price and within about 90 mins, Michael and Tim had cleared everything out and even swept up afterward. Both of them treated our house and us with respect and were very agreeable. They verified that everything we needed removed had been removed before they left. Considering all the stuff we had, we are very satisfied with Trash B Gone of Baltimore (not to be confused with a company of the same name in another part of MD). We originally considered hauling the stuff ourselves, but estimated that we would have had to make at least two trips in a rented van or truck at a cost of about $80. Then, it would have taken us at least 6 hours (including 2 trips to the local landfill, the time renting and returning the van, and the time loading and unloading the stuff) and my husband and I would have had to take off time from work or waste a Saturday doing it. Plus, we would have been exhausted afterward. Considering all of that, we feel using Trash B Gone was a good deal. We would recommend them highly.

Contacted John to remove yard waste and some other debris from our backyard. He called back promptly, and when we spoke by phone he asked for general description of the types and amount of debris we wanted removed. He said he could come take a look at the pile and give me a quote, and if we agreed on a price he could remove it on the spot. He showed up at the appointed time with a large truck and a helper, quoted me a price I considered reasonable and went right to work. The job required backing the truck up to our back fence and passing debris over the fence to be loaded onto the truck. They passed the large materials over by hand and put the smaller stuff, leaves, grass clippings and small branches, in plastic trash cans for passing over the fence. They cleaned the pile down to the bare ground, and raked the area, then cleaned up all around the truck. It was very neat, very professional, and I'd gladly use them again.
