John and his crew did an outstanding job on my project very efficiently. I contacted John to schedule an appointment and he happened to be in the area with a partially empty truck, so he, Timmy, and Keith came right over to perform the work. They were pleasant and professional and insisted that I not lift a finger as they hauled and organized a load of trash coming from my sunroom and garage. They swept up all of the areas in which they worked to ensure that no nails or debris remained behind. They shared how they recycle trash where possible since I indicated this was of importance to my husband and me. They had a wonderful, pleasant attitude about their work and worked well as a team. John enjoys a good joke and shares a few free-of-charge while working. I would recommend them very highly.

I joined Angie's List with the express purpose of finding a reputable company to move a few pieces of furniture and household items from a condo in the city to another location. I contacted a few companies based on the ratings and reviews and was most fortunate to talk to John Lilly. Mr. Lilly was very forthright in explaining his services and fees. It worked out to a flat rate of $100/hour, which included 2 workers and John. He was flexible in changing the date with very late notice. I was not present for the move, but I was told that John was extremely diligent, professional, and friendly. We will use John for all of our moving / hauling needs and recommend his services without hesitation.

Went very well. He was done in a day and couldn't have been nicer. I'm going to call him again.

I called John at 3 pm yesterday. He happened to be heading back to my area and said he could come by right then. I rushed out of work and barely beat John to my house. He gave me an estimate to remove my bathroom debris as well as some concrete pieces. i didn't think the concrete removal would be in my budget, but John gave a reasonable price, so I was able to have that removed as well. Shortly after he started 2 of his guy showed up. All of them were very pleasant and professional and my driveway was cleared of trash in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely use John again.

We had major renovation which then meant a lot of things had to go for new items. We had a very heavy sleeper sofa to bring down from the 2nd floor. They brought it down while constatnly making sure no damage was done to the house. They took paint, old televisions, computers and more. When they were unable to load everything in one trip they returned an hour later to get the rest. Their truck was much bigger then a pick up. They even swept up the garage when they were done. I will gladly use them whenever I need anything else removed. I recommend them highly.

Trash B Gone went above and beyond. The owner John was very responsive when I called for a quote. He came the very next day exactly when he said he was going to arrive and even called 15 minutes ahead of time to say he was on his way. He gave a VERY reasonable price (I was expecting it to cost double what he quoted) and his team immediately got to work. I didn't ask them to weed and clean my backyard, but they did, and for no extra cost. His team was fast, efficient, and very professional. If they weren't sure if something should be tossed, they would ask. I will definitely hire them again.

Called mid-day Friday to Trash-B-Gone and another hauler to get some quotes to remove 3/4 ton (I think?) of yard debris. John called back that evening, told me he had 2 pick ups in the morning, and would be available around noon to swing by, and give me a quote, then could do the job then if we agreed. Around 10, John called to see if it was ok to come early at 10.30; they were ahead of schedule. He arrived on time with his equipment (late model, marked, light dump truck) and 2 workers; quoted me 300 for the load, I agreed and he and his workers got to it. Price was near the top of my range, but a fair price for the job, considering its size; he clearly knows his business. They warned me ahead that they might damage a shrub because of the narrow space for the truck; I told them not to worry about it, but they spared it anyway. They cleared the brushpile to bare dirt and raked it out, didn't need to borrow any tools, wouldn't take a soda or anything, and were done in a couple of hours. I would have liked to see safety glasses; I'm into PPE that way. Altogether a very good experience. Would hire again or recommend

Trash B Gone did a wonderful job and was quick to return my call. They were able to remove my items quickly, efficiently and with no damage (a chair that was wedged in a basement). I would use them again for any future removal.

I called John Lilly, left a message and received a call back within the hour. He asked detailed questions about pieces to be removed, layout of rooms/area from which the items would be moved. He gave me a price range of $125-175.00. Date for pickup was the following week. He told me he would contact me the night before to verify the project. He and his crew of 2 additional men arrived promptly. He evaluated the items and areas to navigate, measuring doorways to make sure if doors needed to be removed to accomodate the large pieces. My home is small with very tight spaces, steps to be navigated as well. I have 2 large dogs and a small dog which he suggested be confined on another floor of the house so none would be inadvertantly hurt. He asked where I would like him to start. The furniture was solid oak and quite challenging to move but John and his crew were efficient, quiet and clean. Not a muttered word heard. They were done in 45minutes and on their way. I am so pleased with their work I would use them again.

called Trash B Gone, the owner, John Lilly, returned my call on the same day--very different from my usual experience. He came the next day, gave me an estimate and set to work. The house hadn't be touched for years, and there was much to clean away--not all of it pleasant. Lilly and his crew--two young men--were friendly, and able to carry everything with ease. Lilly told me how I could cut my costs (by bringing stuff downstairs). I appreciated that they had a system and that everything proceeded with precision. It's always hard to have someone come in and look at your junk--particularly if you hate to let go of things. John was funny and accesible-it was easy to have him around. No complaints.

John was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual, polite, and hard-working. The crew worked hard the entire time. John also communicated with me at every turn to make sure that he and his crew were doing exactly what we requested. He and his crew were very nice also. I highly recommend John and his company. His price was also 40% less than three other companies that I contacted about the job. I called John on a Friday, he stopped by the next day to give an estimate, and he performed the work on Saturday afternoon. It was a very good experience.

John was careful to explain his estimate and pricing method. He would give me an estimate when he arrived and if i was happy with it, he would go ahead with the job. He was able to schedule the job within a few days of my call. He arrived promptly with two sturdy young men and they started work immediately. I told them that there were a few things mixed in with the junk that I was keeping and I stayed with them as they worked. They were careful to check with me before taking any items that appeared questionable. They worked steadily and finished the job quickly, and they swept the garage floor when they were finished. They were friendly and good-humored throughout. Very happy with the whole process.

John and his crew removed my trash for slightly less than the quoted price after seeing the exact amount of items. He is honest and reliable, and I am very happy with the service I received and the promptness of his response.

had used Trash B Gone before with a good experience. I did not hesitate to call them again for hauling away of an old twin mattress set, screen insert and some other small items that I needed to get rid of from my basement. John called me back within 24 hours to schedule a date and time that was convenient to me. He showed up right on time and loaded all the items in his truck in no time. I will most certainly use him again in the future.

I would glady use his services again. He removed a tremendous amount of junk from my basement in a timely and professional manner. He was prompt and courteous when he came for the estimate and even more so when he and his crew came for the removal. I booked him out several weeks ahead of time due to my own schedule and he confirmed the week of. Unfortunately, our appointment day coincided with Tropical Storm/Hurrican Irene, but he managed to get all of the junk (two entire truckloads) out of my basement before the rain even began falling....He swept up afterwards and it was just like the junk was never there. I would gladly use him again and offer him the highest recommendation for his professionalism.

John & company arrived on time, bagged what needed to be bagged, threw it all in the truck and were gone in twenty minutes.

I have usede Trash B Gone services several times and am always pleased with the entire transaction. I called and left a message and was called back the same day. I was asked what and how much I had and we set a date (a Saturday) at 8:30 am. He was right on time (as always) and his helpers loaded everything quickly and swept the garage afterwards. Everyone is very polite and professional. I will definately use them again.
