Description of Work: I was in the process of closing down a storage unit and needed help to remove items that had been sorted and were too bulky for me to manage. I contacted Mr. Lilly and he returned my call later the same day. A date was scheduled but happened to correspond to SANDY's visit. He called back once the storm had cleared and was there the following morning. He and his team were most helpful and even offered to load my car with boxes I would be keeping. I can recommend his services without hesitation. [ - had received estimates as high as $600.]

 + -1 moreThe whole experience was excellent. My message was returned within 48 hours, we made an appointment for 2 days later, and they showed up on time. John Lilly and his crew were pleasant, careful and efficient, and they swept up afterwords beautifully. I should point out that they did not know I found them through Angie's List until after the job was completed, so the experience I had should be typical of them. I would definitely hire them again.

The area was spotless when they left. They were not the least expensive company that I contacted, but they seemed the most professional on the phone. I was very happy with their service.

He was on time and gave me a reasonable and fair offer to remove the household and yard debris. He gave me a date within a week to come by and take care of the hauling. He worked around my schedule. He and his crew showed up on time and were thorough and efficient. I will use him again and readily recommend his company to others.

 + -1 moreJohn called me back right away and fit me into his schedule on short notice. He and his assistant were on-time, pleasant and courteous. They hauled a ton of old boxes and trash up the narrow steps from my basement, and carried out an old sofa. This was work I probably could have done myself, but it made it so much easier to have them do it, when I was dealing with other move-related things. It also eliminated the problem of where to dispose of that old sofa. No job is too big or too small for this company!
